Lovely apartment and good location for Science Museum and Royal Albert Hall. Looking at the pictures I thought the apartment was on the top floor with balcony but in actual fact was in the basement. So would double check this when booking. It may have been my fault for not checking but as it was only for one night it was not a problem. I would recommend.

Overall, a great experience, and I would stay here again. The location is excellent—safe, well-lit, lively, and close to major attractions, shops, and the subway. The only downside was that the elevators were not working, so going up and down four flights of stairs was inconvenient, especially with luggage or after walking all day. The host was excellent and always communicated clearly, responding promptly to our questions and requests.

Communication was excellent. I was contacted prior to arrival and communication was constant right up to the day of our stay. Check in and out was simple and we were greeted by a member of staff on our arrival at the property. They were still in the process of having a quick hoover when we arrived but that didn't bother us and they were very polite about it. The property was great and has all the amenities. It very much added to our time in London.

The location can't be beat. We had some miscommunication about the check in time. We were told anytime after 3 and we had said we'd be there around 6. When we arrived at 5pm, the room was not yet cleaned. It was cleaned in a hurry, so I'm not sure how thoroughly it was cleaned. The room was fine but the beds were very lumpy. The laundry machine was not very clean. It was ok, not great.

A well-located very smart apartment. We were greeted by the host on time. They were very friendly. The apartment is so clean and modern. Powerful shower and comfortable king size bed. The kitchen was well equipped and the aircon was the perfect addition. The location of the property is incredible. A 2 min walk from the Natural History Museum and 5mins from South Kensington tube. We would not hesitate to book this apartment again. Thank you for the great stay.

After booking here I was a little concerned about what we had gotten ourselves into as a lot of the recent reviews are quite negative. Overall this was a good stay and I would go back. We stayed in #7 lumeire suite The good: the location is phenomenal museums, shops, cafes restaurants all on your doorstep. The apartment was spacious- more than expected - clean and we were able to check in early which was greatly appreciated! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of sheets and extra bedding provided. The kitchen area was well enough equipped, basic but functional. Oven*, microwave, fridge etc. All working well. Aircon kept us comfortable in very hot weather. Communication with the company was excellent, decent smart TV Could be better: the sofa bed is unacceptably uncomfortable, we didnt need it thankfully but tried it for future reference and it needs replacing! I would caution anyone staying who needs it because it is violently uncomfortable! *The oven is not user friendly and there are no instructions! With google we worked it out. The doors to the balcony did not lock, I raised this on check in with the man who met us and was assured it would be fixed but we didn't hear from him or anyone else again! No bin bags were left despite calling to request, meaning disposal of rubbish was unnecessarily difficult Overall this place needs some tlc, it could be 10/10 with very minimal effort but was good for our needs and I would return to the same apartment. Solid 7/10

We were generally pleased with our stay. The location was perfect as we wanted to visit Natural History Museum, Science Museum and Victoria & Albert Museum. Communication with the host was easy. Whenever I messaged them before our stay, they provided detailed information. We were able to communicate easily on the day of arrival, and a member of staff met us when we arrived at the accommodation. I hadn’t actually expected the room to be in the basement, but it was bright, so we didn’t mind too much. There was no noise from outside or from the building, and the atmosphere was peaceful. On the plus side, we didn’t have to carry our suitcases upstairs, as there was no elevator in the building, just as mentioned in other reviews. The room was generally clean. Some areas of the flat needed a bit of maintenance. The kitchen and other areas were well equipped. The internet connection was fast and stable. It’s a place that’s well worth choosing at this price.

The lift/elevator did not work, requiring us to climb 4 flights of stairs with our suitcases. We we're advised to call 30 minutes ahead so someone could meet us there to let us in, which we did, however no one was there to meet us. We were also provided conflicting information by email sending us access codes, but those did not get us into the room either. We had to wait around for someone to bring us a key finally. The washer dryer combo was hard to use and didn't work well. No instructions were provided. And the TV did not work at all. The room itself was nice, the neighborhood was nice, and the staff was very nice.

The property advertised many things amongst which were facilities important for me: a lift (I had heavy luggage) and air conditioning (I was there in May and expecting a warmer month). I had also requested NOT to be in any basement apartment. Nothing was raised to my attention post reservation on line. On my arrival I noted there was no Reception and hence a call was made. I was greeted by Osman who then proceeded to show me a broken-down lift and a room in the basement. I was upset and he placated me by offering a mid week clean and further assistance with my luggage on check out. I then discovered that there were repair works outside my window followed by no water between 11 am to 3 pm the immediate next day! Additionally the apartment 1) lacked kettle 2) incomplete sets of cutlery 3) lack of dishwashing & washing machine tablets 4) insufficient face towels and 5) general lack of a starter kit. Over the next few hours, through different runners, most of the items were replaced/brought in. Thankfully the only thing that worked was the AC as London reached 30 deg heat over the next 3 days! The mid week clean never happened but Osman did send someone to assist with my bags on check out. All in all a truly disappointing service level and facilities. If it weren’t for Osman I would have given this a one star rating. The apt is in a good location, quiet and convenient to stores and public transport as well as restaurants. The rental was expensive but service poor.

This location was incredibly convenient - a 5 minute walk from south kensington or Gloucester road stations. Air conditioned unit. Comfortable beds and bedding. Check in was great - met with us to bring us in and sh9w us around. Ahim was very friendly. All communication through what's app was promptly answered. The only problem was that we were in the 5 person family suite and it was on the top floor and the lift was broken. We had heavy bags and taking the stairs up 6 staircases was a challenge. But otherwise, highly recommend this property.

The apartment could have been cleaner and needs a bit of tlc. Pictures on website not really the same as in reality. Bed settee definitely not meant for an adult. In terms of staff and location both excellent. Tube literally 5 minutes walk and Royal Albert Hall only 13 minutes.
