No bath towel, no face cloth,hand towels.Hair on the pillow,the window cells were covered in inch thick dust as well as the air conditioner.All dressers & counters sticky and dirty.I booked this through the Hotel app and of course they asked me for a review the same day I checked in, so I mentioned all these issues.10 o'clock at night I get knocking on the door when we're fast asleep and the person would not go away.As I looked at the peep hole I realized it was the guy at the front desk, but still did not open it. I was very tired from a long drive.Then not even a minute after that, the phone starts ringing, so I finally answered. The front desk person was trying to respond to the review that I wrote and asking me if I wanted to be move to another room.Seriously if someone doesn't answer the door, especially in a hotel, why would they be consistent about trying to get a hold of you unless there was a serious issue?. The next day he did apologize, but this is downright ridiculous. I'm frustrated by the hotels out there that now just lack any type of responsibility and further failure to maintain a hotel room. Unfortunately, there's no recourse for the consumer who books these things. It's unconscionable to charge over $200 per night for hotel rooms that are dirty and poorly maintained.I'm dismayed by hotels that abdicate their responsibilities and fail to provide even the most basic amenities, including a clean environment. DO NOT RESERVE A ROOM HERE.!

The good and the bad. Well there was not much good unfortunately. And the photos speak for themselves. The room was bad we had to go to the market and grab cleaner and sanitizer. We made the best out of the situation but in all would not come back. Their was just to much to try to show and explain. Photos online make it look nice and clean but that's not what we got.

This was a great motel for an overnight stay. I went to a concert in Carmel and stayed here overnight. The staff was very friendly and provided a lot of information about the area. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed for an overnight stay. It was also in a great location because it was across the street from a mall overall great day and I look forward to coming back next time. I’m in Carmel.
