Our visit started with us checking in late, I don't remember who checked us in but he was very friendly and professional. We got upgraded to their other hotel about a block away and closer to the beach. Daniel at the front desk and Samuel in housekeeping were very professional and friendly. Checkout was easy and smooth. We had a few hours before departing and asked if we could keep our suitcases there while we went to eat and they took our bags with no problem. Our room was clean and a few steps from the beach and close to everything which we loved.

Great location, very close to the beach, as well as many cafes, restaurants, and bars. A short drive to old san juan. The hotel was lovely, and our room opened to a courtyard right by the pool. The pool is smaller than it appears in pictures, but was beautiful, a good depth and comfortable temperature. There is a sister hotel one block away with a heated rooftop wading pool which i loved. The sister hotel is gorgeous and has a small restaurant, which was very nice.

I wanted to stay in a small hotel that could have a quiet , chill, walking distance the beach, restaurants and in a reasonable amount . I am glad that I stayed here. It provided all that. I didn’t worry about parking since I just focus on Uber and Taxi for this stay. Since this property doesn’t have parking, is better to not worry about renting a car for the time that I stay in this hotel. I like the privacy, the location and amenities that the hotels provided . The room provided full kitchen, a king bed, the bathroom a bit small but still has hot shower. The pool was my chill spot and outside areas. The hotel could use some updating but being a small hotel I know that can take time specially with economic challenges for small businesses. But I would return to the property. All the staff that I interact was pleasant and friendly. However, I wanted to provide 5star treatment by Ricardo ( front desk) He is a master of his craft in what is excellent customer service. He provided great suggestions for food, very professional and knowledgeable of the area. Muchas gracias Ricardo. Att 103 room Rodriguez

I love Puerto Rico and had a wonderful time during my visit, but unfortunately, our hotel experience fell short. I don’t usually like to complain, but there were a few issues that impacted our stay. First, our room and bathroom were extremely small, making it uncomfortable at times. The pillows were old, and the towels had noticeable stains, which was disappointing. We also didn’t have room service for four days, which felt inconvenient. Additionally, the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, and we experienced a few instances without warm water. While I enjoyed my time in Puerto Rico, I hope to find a better hotel experience on my next visit.

Old time charm, very small room. Put our room service sign out multiple times and they came the last night we were there Very sandy in room due to beach time which was expected they should have small brooms in rooms to sweep up. Our air conditioning leaked water very bad so when you got up to go the bathroom in the night you had to step through water

Ricardo and Alex were awesome. They made me feel like I belonged. They were attentive and helpful. They get an A from me. The other staff can learn from them. They were not very accomadating or try to assist i was disappointed in their service. The grounds were beautiful and well kept by the staff but the rooms could use some attention. Thank you so much Ricardo and Alex. I would return because of your Service.

The only thing I would say is the room walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. Other than that I loved it here very clean and lovely people at the desk. Ac works great. It’s so close to the beach and restaurants. If ur traveling to explore San Juan it’s a perfect place to stay because it’s in the middle of everything. It’s a 10-15 drive to everything. From old San Juan to the airport. Definitely staying there again if I go back❤️
