We were so impressed with the manager at the front desk and also all of the other staff that we came into contact with. They all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant.

My stay was non-existent. No one was at the office when we arrived and no one would answer the phone number that was on the door. I could never reach them even the next day after being stranded without a room all night. Then, the hotel.com site that I booked the room through refused to facilitate my refund because they too were unable to reach the hotel staff.

Two words….Roach Motel Old rundown motel that appears to be bought out by a fancier outfit but there was far from anything fancy about it. I’m glad we’re a farm family and have learned to make do with situations like this but still…ugh. Zero ⭐️‘s
