Sinceramente, me senti enganado com a minha estadia. Fiz a reserva de um quarto standard, que tinha um valor mais alto justamente por oferecer, segundo a descrição, mais conforto. No entanto, ao chegar ao hotel, percebi que o quarto disponibilizado era, na prática, um quarto tradicional. Procurei a recepção e fui informado de que as imagens seriam “meramente ilustrativas”. Entendo esse ponto, porém, a descrição dos quartos é bem específica, o que cria uma expectativa que não corresponde à realidade encontrada. Outro aspecto que me incomodou bastante foi o banheiro sem box. Optei por um quarto mais caro exatamente para ter mais conforto, e um banheiro sem box acaba molhando tudo. O atendente até tentou verificar a troca, cheguei a ver três ou quatro quartos disponíveis, mas todos estavam sem box. Em alguns casos, o vaso sanitário ficava praticamente colado ao chuveiro, o que torna a experiência ainda mais desconfortável. Além disso, a descrição do quarto indicava TV de tela plana (LED/LCD), mas o quarto disponibilizado possuía uma televisão de tubo, antiga, que inclusive me passou a impressão de não funcionar corretamente. Diante desses pontos, infelizmente minha experiência não atendeu às expectativas criadas no momento da reserva, o que justifica minha avaliação baixa. Espero que o hotel reveja as descrições e alinhe melhor o que é divulgado com o que realmente é entregue aos hóspedes.

Experiência péssima!!! O carro fica retido no estacionamento com a chave, podendo ser retirado apenas no checkout, o que nos causou transtorno. O manobrista foi grosseiro e jogou as malas no chão. Logo na chegada já fomos recebidos por ele, um cara super estúpido. O quarto é minúsculo, com forte cheiro de água podre e presença de pombo no exaustor do banheiro. O ambiente é insalubre. Contratamos duas diárias, mas não conseguimos permanecer. As toalhas aparentavam estar sujas. Não vale a pena. Não recomendo.
