This is an okay place to stay. Our room has a strange and rather unpleasant smell to it. Next time we'll request a different room. The staff was helpful if you are insistent.

This is definitely an a-ok place to stay. We loved that the front door could be opened and we were able to sit outside. The bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff arrived daily. The refrigerator worked. The included breakfast provides something to eat. My preference is a local restaurant for breakfast with healthier choices. We would stay here again. It was convenient to my son's house and to I-90. We were traveling for a family event.

Good location friendly staff checked in right after the storm knocked the power out to the local area. Staff got us situated. Breakfast was good. Note:There is a Wendy’s next door but they don’t open for breakfast. The gas station across from them has a good price on gas use the south parking lot exit for the Mass Pike or north on 202

While the desk receptionist was nice, she was also the maid. The bathroom floor was full of hair and the bedding has stains on the outside

Staff was very helpful. Room appeared to be clean. Downside was a strong musty smell in the room. I wish I had a can of febreze to spray to make it less nauseating.

This is an extremely worn and tired property. The ac was loud and smelled bad. Rusty bathtub drain. Ancient shabby and scratchy towels. The bathroom door panels were separating. The bed was decently comfortable.

This was an affordable late booking by us for a family road trip that we only planned with a couple weeks notice. This hotel was certainly nice enough, even if not exactly glamorous. Mostly renovated, the bathroom was still old, and there was a significant smell in the hallway and a little in the room. Not sure what it smelled like, just sort of old. Check-in was easy, and everything went smoothly.

The hotel is dated. When we asked where a restaurant was the front staff didn’t know. Overall it was just a place to sleep while on the road and did it’s purpose

Overall a good stay. Just had a storm Saturday night 8/8/26 and the power was out for 6 hours. I was told by an associate working at the desk "Evan" that the power would be on possibly in an hour. He had no protocol on how to handle the guests during this outage. Quality inn could have offered us to stay at another Quality inn nearby that had power. We had food in the refrigerator and we were concerned we would have to sleep in humidity. They should really have a plan for guests when power outages occurr.

I asked the receptionist to give us a room that was quiet. We got a room facing the road with lots of noise. The a/c in the room would emit a foul smell while running. The bed had a sewing needle in it. I asked the receptionist for a nice local restaurant in the area, he directed me to a few menus on their table. We explored on our own. The town is very nice with lots of restaurant's.
