I booked 2 rooms because of a family event in Mesquite. On the 2nd day another family member flew in from New York and arrived very late because his flight was delayed. I added a booking at hotels.com but i was so tired and mistakenly booked for the wrong date(6/18) When i realized this, i went to the desk and booked a room directly- i was advised that i can change the date on the app, or delete and rebook again. But when the clerk looked for it she could not find it. To make it easier, and so we can get some rest, i went ahead and paid for the room on the spot. She said if I went to the website for the third party, i should be able to get a credit or refund. I contacted hotels.com but have not heard a response, In addition, my cousin’s room (126) had roaches and we asked her to be moved. She has phobia with bugs and was deeply traumatized by the experience. My room (123) was fine except it was adjacent to their ballroom and they have an event that was playing loud music, blasting microphones that it was not a restful Saturday night at all. I sufferedmigraine from it the next day. The third room I booked for the 6th on the spot was room 205. Nice clerks.Ican forgo the noise and the headache and the roaches because they did move my cousin, but all I ask is to be refunded for the extra room I booked online late at night on 6/6. Also I wanted to make you aware that they charged me $300 extra on the spot. $100 for each room as security deposit. It was overall NOT a good stay.

Very convenient off the the highway 20 traveling from Shreveport LA service was high standard the room and the restroom very nice and clean’ Breakfast was excellent love the COFFEE…will be back to stay again…Highly recommended..thank you for your service.

First time staying here. We had a bunch of family visiting. The hotel is fairly new and mostly looked nice. Very clean so that was great. The suite was nice and large. It looked like it was wheelchair accessible however the bathroom had a bathtub which was weird. The night desk manager was not the best. She was in no hurry to check us in. My main issues with this hotel were two things. One our bed felt like we were sleeping in a taco. Totally collapsed in the middle and considering how new the hotel is, that shouldn't be possible. We couldn't roll out of bed and had to either help each other up or grab on to the headboard. That's how bad it was. Terrible night sleep. The other issue was they ask for a $100 deposit for room charges. ok no problem. However when I tried to get some snacks from the pantry charged to my room, they said no. I had to pay for the snacks. We travel quite a lot and I've never had that happen. If this wasn't the only hotel next to my son's house, I probably wouldn't stay here again.
