I know it’s the off-season in Branson, February 2026, but we were unable to reach anyone in the lobby when we needed some assistance. The phone number is posted on the door are unanswered sent to a voicemail that has not been set up we had locked our keys into the room and was wanting to let the employees be aware of that and had no way to get in touch with them. There was no coffee pot in the room only coffee supplies. There is only one handicap space on the whole side of the motel that we were in we asked for a downstairs room because of our health needs and we were put upstairs in room 302. They claimed there were no vacancies on the bottom floor for a king size bed that is not true because another tourist next to us in the motel was told the exact same thing. The refrigerator freezer needed defrosting so we couldn’t use that for ice packs. The shower curtain top in between the rings were slits torn. We were not told until upon arrival that there was not going to be a complimentary breakfast at seven Gables Inn, where we were staying in Branson, Missouri, and that we would have to go down the road to one of their sister motels and have breakfast there. This was inconvenient. There were smoke alarms going off throughout the motel. We were not notified, we called down to the front desk they happen to be there to answer the phone because the fire department was there checking the alarm mishap. We won’t return!

Place is under construction, had to step over building material in lobby to get to front desk. Breakfast was not offered like advertised . The 1st room we were given was full of construction material, so was moved to another room that was in bad condition, door frame was rotten and door was beat up, tv didn’t work and room smelled bad. . Was told they could move to another room that wasn’t a king room. We decided it was not worth staying and went to another hotel. .

Remodel facility, new floors, tub, and shower toilet very comfortable. This place was an amazing if you want a place to stay in Branson this is an excellent choice. I cannot comment about the breakfast because it was their slow season and they offer a very reasonable price.
