From check in to check out, this place was amazing. Breakfast was always good, staff were so helpful. Lost my passport the first day there and they were so helpful returning it to me. Fantastic location with unmissable views of Tower Bridge. All staff we met were very helpful and keen to ensure our stay was the best it could be. The rooms were clean, tidy and showing some signs of wear but all maintained to a good standard. It is worth noting the hotel already has a programme in place to update/refresh its rooms which will address any concerns about matieral condtion.

Ideally situated on the Thames, close to The Tower of London, easy access to Uber river taxis, room was a good size, bed was very comfortable, staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Lots of bars & restaurants within a short walk. We would definitely stay here again.
