第一次住旅館需要自己做清潔工作

唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這

We booked a one bedroom condo. Upon arrival we received a 2 bedroom condo that was downstairs. The family above us had a lot of kids and all night it sounded as if a stampede of elephants was coming through the roof. We asked the next day to be moved, they tried to talk us out of moving but eventually moved us. We move to the next unit which was a 2 bedroom upstairs unit. The people across the hall from us was extremely loud! We couldn’t sit in the living room area because they were so loud. They eventually left and we thought things were fine for a few days. Then someone moved in downstairs and was extremely loud, to which we called to complain and that ceased. The next night I’m laying in bed and see a ROACH crawling down the picture in the room. I kill the roach. I lay back down and get up like 20 minutes later to go in the kitchen for a drink and I see another roach on the counter. At this point we decided to pack up and check out early. This resort is declining. I told the front desk about the roaches they didn’t seem surprised. We have stayed here often over the years and never had an experience like this. Extermination is a must in places like these.

Family of 5. The 2 bdrm has 2 bathroom, kitchenette, and washer/dryer. Perfectly met our wishws and needs to have time together "at home" after long funfilled days at local parks. Enjoyed eating together, games around the dining table, and homemade meals and snacks to save $$$ and time in restaurant lines for every meal. Totally comfortable for our needs. Nothing fanct needed and met all pfnour needs. Never made it to the pool or lo cc al activities on the premises but would definitely do so if we had more time! Thank you!

Don't book this!

I thought I was getting a great deal, as my family was exploring Williamsburg however I would never stay here again if we visit again. The unit was outdated with worn out kitchen items and bed sheets- pillows are horrible. On check out day I woke up to knocking on my door- the cleaning crew wanted to clean the unit- I said isn't check out at 10am- not 8am? Unbelievable. Another problem- Each night I complained to the front desk about 15-20 people gathering in the parking lot below our unit playing very loud music from their cars. The noise was very loud and could be heard far away. I also think they were drinking but couldn't see it as they frequented back and forth to the vehicles. I called 3 times and finally security came but as soon as they left it started again. Thank God for the thunderstorm that ending the antics at 9:40pm. I went to the front desk in the morning to speak with a manager who advised the units were rented out to "students". He said they are paying customers too. I later found out that these students were also the cleaning crew for the complex and this is where they are housed. This place is not a good family stay and management lied. Trust me -there are so many better options.

It was very busy during check in but the staff did a great job. The room was very large and clean. The pillows were small but the beds were very comfortable. The room itself was further from the pool than expected and the pool was pretty crowded so we didn't bother with it. The location is good- lots of stuff to do nearby.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Will Not Return

I stayed one night while in Williamsburg for a family gathering and had a terrible experience. Check-in took over 25 minutes with a long line and unprofessional staff, including the manager. The room was dirty — the shower and tub were disgusting, the room smelled like body odor, and I had to open all the windows. The TV didn’t work, the beds were hard and noisy, and I killed seven bugs in one night. Check-in at 4 PM and check-out at 10 AM is unreasonable, and they deactivate your key exactly at checkout time. This property may work for some depending on expectations, but I will never return or recommend it.

Had no issues with the room, it was very nice and there was lots of room for our family of 3. The outdoor pool area had plenty of seating and was great for relaxing. Our only issue was with folks letting their children jump and splash in the indoor hot tub while we were trying to enjoy it. Wish their was staff around to enforce the rules. There was a very nice kiddie pool they could've been using.
