Décevant et trop cher pour les prestations proposé

Très déçu J'ai réservé 6 mois avant et aucune communication quant aux travaux en cours( pas de piscine dispo sur place), pas d'eau en arrivant, bestioles d'humilité, baignoire rouillée, drap propre mais taché.. Paiement de 54$ de frais de service ( serviette de piscine pas eu car travaux, de transat pas vu, de 2 petites bouteilles d'eau non renouvellée,...) Petit déj très léger, pas de stock de jus de fruit pour le matin, pas de fromage ou jambon, pas de choix de fruit ou de yahourt Je déconseille fortement si ce nest pour un arrêt d'une nuit Seul point positif le coucher de soleil !

Don’t bother

Arrived to check in and had to wait over 15min for someone to arrive at desk. Even called the number provided via email to call then found out “we did not have a reservation because our credit card did not go through and the hotel attempted to inform us but were not able to contact us.” They sent us multiple emails welcoming us so not getting a hold of us excuse was bogus. Property looked tired, front desk women was rude. They claimed to not have any rooms left though online said they did. I believe the rate we booked was lower than what they thought they could get. We went down the street to Marriot Courtyard and had a wonderful stay for the same price.

Meh!

Overall, our experience was good, and the service was pleasant. However, we did encounter a few issues. When we arrived for check-in, there was no one at the front desk. Despite knocking and calling out, no one responded. We ended up waiting at least 25 minutes until we finally discovered and pressed a poorly marked button, which then brought someone out. Additionally, the pool appears to need maintenance, as it looks somewhat neglected. The dock area is lovely, but it would have been much better if there had been staff available at the bar, as no one was there to assist us. Honestly, it wasn't bad, but I did find it a bit pricey considering the hotel's condition. I think I would have paid the same amount, probably at a nearby hotel that was in better condition. The breakfast was very disappointing. It would be a great improvement if you considered partnering with a nearby restaurant to provide better-quality options. Currently, the food offered is frozen, which is neither healthy nor appetizing.

Quaint 2-Star- Ask for Marina Virw

Noisy neighbors and no night manager on duty - understaffed. Loud neighbors fighting all night next door & up & down hallway. No official response from management but guest needs police to give them the boot as they’re destroying this motel’s reputation.

The entire property needs a face lift. Lots of deferred maintenance throughout. The worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel, did not go after the first day.

If your mold sensitive, do not stay.

The room was cute and bed was comfortable but the whole place smelled of mold. The moldy lampshades were filled with mold. I had already booked it for a few days, so I went to the grocery store and bought paper towels and microban cleaner and deep cleaned the room. The air conditioner just couldn't keep up with the humidity

Rooms okay.Resort fee a rip off!

The “ RESORT FEE” is why they get SO Many Bad reviews! There is a swimming pool and that’s it. Every hotel in south Florida has a swimming pool. If they continue charging $54 a day resort fee there going to end up loosing there business. They should just raise there prices.

Banana Bay, needs upkeeping!

We stayed for 1 night. We went to the pool and there were no towels. We were never told we had to get pool towles from the front desk nor offered them at check in. Our balcony only had 1 chair and when we contacted the front desk, we were told they would try and find one. Maintenence arrived about an hour later with a chair. The pool deck is in poor condition with several boards needing replaced. We asked where the grill was at and we were told, it was out back. We found the grill in very poor condition. Definitely not able to be used. Breakfast was fair however we found the plastic silerware to be a subpar quality and broke 1 knife while trying to butter waffles and 2 knives trying to cut the sausage patties. The resort gounds needs better upkeep (weeds everywhere and junk bicycles next to the building) The building had automatic doors which were nice when taking luggage to and from the rooms. There is no elevator to gwt to the 2nd floor rooms. Also, the building had a smell, like they were trying to cover up a smell.
