Historically, we have stayed at Sagebrush Hotel and were pleased in the past. Sadly, it appears that there were either management changes or owner oversight neglect. Out of the seven service desk attendants over the four day stay, the two at checkin were kind, considerate, and genuinely cared about our needs/concerns. The remaining five were rude and annoyed with our requests for assistance. In the original room, there were no bath towels, wifi did not work, and our tiny television was broken. The plus was that we did receive an upgraded room which was bigger but did not have seperate bedrooms as the originally reserved room. The pool was filthy and the hottub jets did not work for the entire stay. We paid close to $1000 for this stay. Will be the last time at Sagebrush Hotel.
