I walked into my room and immediately book another hotel. The chair was filthy with stains everywhere. The bed was unkempt with dust bunnies in the bed coverings. The carpet and room was dirty and I did not want to be in the room at all. The front desk lady was very nice checking me in and I did not have the heart to tell her I was leaving. But definitely not a clean room.

The room was smaller than it looks in the advertised pictures and the bathroom will feel very cramped if you’re 6’2” or over. But I liked that the sink is placed outside the bathroom, so at least you can shave comfortably.

We really liked our stay and have stayed longer as well! The view is great and easy to go on walks in the morning and see Sausalito! The staff is also very nice ! They also have a really nice automatic coffee machine- love! Parking is easy too!

We showed up for our reservation after driving 6 hours and was greeted with the wrong room and then the room they tried to put us in was dirty when we addressed that they gave us wrong room they said not our problem because i booked with third party and they wouldn't cancel payment on file for us to find another hotel

The room looked very old and used, not clean either. It would get so cold at night and I wanted to turn on the heater but it was so obnoxiously loud. First night I had to exterminate a huge spider in the bathroom. I am not rating my stay a one star review because I believe in improvement

The woman at the desk was nice but the room was so gross. Both armchairs were filthy. The mattress covers had huge blood stains on them. Just so so gross.
