I arrived with my family of five. When we entered the room, we found water leaking from the ceiling and the entire floor was soaked. We returned to the lobby and had to wait 45 minutes for a new room and a resolution to the issue. After a 9-hour drive, this was not the experience we expected from a reputable hotel. We were offered either a full refund (it means we have to find an new hotel) or a smaller room with only two beds instead of the three we originally booked — which was important because we have three children. Since we had already parked our car four blocks away (as the hotel offers no nearby parking), we weren’t in a position to reload all our luggage and search for another place to stay. Essentially, we were forced to accept a downgraded room, and our experience in New Orleans was ruined. We also received no compensation or discount for the downgrade. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel

The location was great. We were able to walk all over the French Quarter quite easily. The room was clean but small. The bathroom shower dripped all day and night no matter how hard we tried to get the water off. They did make the bed everyday and gave us clean towels but didn’t leave wash clothes one day. When we went to the front desk to ask for more they said they were out of clean ones. Not sure how a hotel runs out of clean wash clothes but they did. The people working the front desk were friendly. Overall it was nice and I liked the location.

An excellent stay, for an excellent price!

The Hotel is charming and historic, with an excellent location! I enjoyed being far enough away from Bourbon street that I wasn’t disturbed by the constant noise, while still being in the French Quarter itself.

Perfect stay

One of the best experiences I've ever had at a hotel. It was perfect for what we needed. Close to everything that was happening. Great restaurants and other amenities. If we didn't think we could walk the distance for what we were looking for, it was very easy to get pedal cabs or Ubers. But in reality, it was within walking distance of most most things that we wanted to visit. If you are staying at the Inn on St. Peter and need a room that really makes you feel at home. Try to get room number 20. Thanks again.

Incrivelmente Estratégico

Gosto de lembrar white cada um tem uma prioridade e a minha é estar com o melhor acesso possível aos lugares de interesse nas viagens. Esse hotel é estratégico! Não tem luxo, frescuras ou fru fru, mas te leva para os melhores lugares do french quarter muito rápido. Subindo pela st peter estamos no melhor quarteirao da bourbon e da Royal St. Uma preocupação era voltar de madrugada da bourbon st ou fa fenchman st e isso foi fácil. Outra coisa, fica perto da bagunça mas com a distância necessária p garantir o silêncio para o descanso. Com isso, p mim foi a melhor escolha. Minha única reclamação é que achei ridículo meu quarto estar com a fechadura interna quebrada! Dei meu jeito p conseguir dormir tranquila. Ah, outra coisa, o quarto é apertado sim mas p mim não é problema. Recomendo p quem busca os mesmos objetivos que os meus em viagens.

We booked the King One bedroom suite, it was so comfortable! super clean, air condition was super cold, and it had GREAT water pressure in the bathroom. we didn’t booked the room with a balcony but walking out onto the courtyard patio was perfect. 10/10 recommend
