It wasn't horrible but I was surprised that my check-in was via a touch screen and that there was no one there in person. I didn't have anyone to ask where things were including where the elevator was located. Room was decently clean, but shower floor had black staining. Property seemed updated recently but cheaply and things seemed to be showing wear. The window in my room actually had a big swipe of paint on it like from a paint roller.

Hotel was horrible, rooms TV didn’t work, tub chalking moldy, bathroom door uneven, door locking system horrible, floors dirty, requested a room with 2 queens and wasn’t available bcz of a supposed leak, accommodated us with two separate rooms which were in horrible conditions, in one room ac on and couldn’t shut it off. Floors uneven other rooms were noisy by slamming doors during night, one room as you walked by it a dog barked, the bathroom door had a hole with a bad plaster job. Room smelled of cigarette. Definitely not a safe hotel stay amd won’t be staying at any Wyndom Ramada’s

The place stinks. There are deodorizers in every outlet in the hallways. Had to use my asthma inhaler. The TV was broken and their maintenance man said the manager is the only person to work on them. The electric outlets in the room most didn’t work. After 7 pm there are no staff people around, no front desk person nobody. There is a computer screen, where an off site person can answer question but can do nothing. If it wasn’t late at night, I would have went somewhere else. The Manager could not be found for me to request some refund.

After check in went to our room to find it was already occupied by someone else. Went back got another room. That room was also occupied. Got our third room. Not occupied but very dirty. Toenails on the floor. Stained sheets and pillowcases. Body fluids on bathroom wall. Dirty toilet and bathtub. No hand soap to wash hands. Smelled of bug spray. Went back to customer service to find that was the last room available. No sorry or compensation for their mistakes. Do not stay here.

There was no staff. We tried calling from 5-6 with no answer because we had a question about our room. Arrived at 9 for check in and they don’t staff the desk that late so we had to check in via computer which is not very personable for the hospitality industry. The bed frame was rickety metal and was loud every time we moved. The bathroom fan sounded like a plane taking off. Both my showers were cold. There was no hand soap so I had to use shower gel at the sink. Overall it was a terrible experience and I won’t be returning and will be suggesting to friends and family to avoid the hotel at all costs.

The room has broken furniture. The sink is cracked. The room wasn't cleaned right and there were bugs crawling around. Staff are not there 24-7 and when they are they are there, their not at the front desk to great guests.

Room was clean but rest of hotel was awful. Check in was the worst. Waited for 35 min for person to appear on video. Was charged for my stay before I arrived although I paid additional to pay at arrival. Then room key did not work and had to wait another 15 min. I guess you get what you pay for. Left a day early

Check-in was all via video, which was difficult to understand person checking me in, she said she would get back to me and hung up and I stood there waiting wondering what was going on. When I finally got checked in and one up to my non-smoking room, it smelled like smoke

Once we were in our room we slept fine. The problem was the check in. They have a kiosk where to talk to someone remotely. First, we had to wait about 10 minutes for the person to hop on. Then I'm having to shout out my name so they can hear me while there are three other families in the small lobby waiting behind me. I also didn't love that I had to scan my license into the machine. They don't scan your license when someone is behind the desk. By morning, someone was at the desk and the breakfast was good. Waffles, Jimmy Dean sandwiches, the normal cereal and danishes. Coffee was fine.
