Unpleasant customer service
My wife had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. First, she struggled to communicate with the receptionist, who had to rely on Google Translate to have a basic conversation. Then, the receptionist refused to allow her friend to enter the hotel without first paying an additional fee for adding a second person to the room. Even after the fee was paid, he insisted on keeping her friend’s passport until checkout — something we have never encountered at any other hotel. This was definitely a place we will never return to.
