Was on a motorcycle trip and stopped in New Orleans. The stay was fine. The only problem is that no one is there to check you in and no one at front desk most of the day. You have a phone that the door to call and staff walks over from another hotel and checks you in. It is close to everything. I enjoyed my stay. The info where to park once after checking in was helpful for those who don't mind walking. Not made for being handicapped. I enjoyed my stay.

Since we arrived no one to check us in , had my special needs son with , we were dropped off at the property , someone eventually told us to walk couple blocks to another hotel . There theybrrr helpful , but said we were moved to another property , another mile walk almost at night . I assume a full refund is being issued ?

Great location As a place to sleep, it was adequate. No coffee, shower bodywash pump bottle empty, air conditioner has not been cleaned in some time. At night, could head the the room above as they were walking around.

We checked in on St Peter’s st and walked 2 blocks over to St Ann street. The location was easy to find and beautiful upon entry. We had the back patio room which was clean and quiet. We could hear the people above us a bit at night walking around, but it wasn’t a huge issue. They did allow us to draw our bags upon checkout until it was time for us to leave for the airport.

Hotel location is great. Room could use some updating- had room 76 and the airconditioning was over the bed and was very dusty and expelled dust all over the bed constantly. We stayed for a week and the sheets never got changed. Towels were changed daily.

-Checked in at 6:30 pm, no one was at front desk, staff from Hotel St. Pierre had to come and get me checked in. Had to park a half a mile away. Hotel does not have parking. -Running water in bathroom faucet had no water pressure, just would drip out. -Couldn’t take a long shower, the hot water wouldn’t last long. I will NOT stay here again!!! -

The Openkey system didnt work well. Unaware the water lines are opposite what they should be, waited for an hour and half for maintenance to tell me that...missed a breakfast meeting. Room was right beside a gate that lead tou in, was constantly being slammed by other tenants and stafg.

The heating & ac is noisy and kept waking me up several times through the night. Other than this staff is courteous & friendly, my room was spotless, nothing else to complain about. The surrounding french quarter is beautiful & unique.
