Awesome location by beach and boardwalk

Love the location by the beach (beach access), restaurants and boardwalk. Multiple pools with spa, lazy river, poolside bar. Very clean and comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Horrible service

The hotel was really old and the door to the balcony was broke so I couldn’t even open it properly and when we did the deposit for the $150 they took it out of my card once I hade already received it and told us that it was the banks fault but the bank had nothing to do with it and the staff was really mean

No elevator for some rooms. And one set of stairs doesn’t go all the way up. Knowing in advance (rather than after loading a useless luggage cart or while I was carrying everything up and down the hot stairwells) would have saved me some time and stress. Otherwise, the rooms were nicely equipped, clean and spacious. Location was amazing. I would definitely return.

Shady

Was clean and issue was with the hotel door not opening when needed it was always issue & then someone had been in our room somehow while we where out. The door was locked from inside & it wouldn’t shut all the way that’s how we know someone was in there. I called front desk and reported it but only to be asked if anything was missing and I still didn’t like that because my wallet was in my bag in there. So I have to change all my cards. Then issues with the tv not simple easy to use had to call customer service both days. Want go back

Great Hotel!

Super welcoming. We got lucky and got our room earlier because it was cleaned so we were able to check in around 2pm (again this is no guarantee but a nice bonus) front desk lady super sweet. Easy walk to beach. Room very clean. Parking was a little difficult but other than that we had an amazing time!

We had an awful experience during check in, the man working the front desk was extremely rude and despite not raising his voice was so disrespectful and condescending that the other party with us decided not to stay. He called security and instead of checking us in proceeded to speak ill of the group that left. After check in he gave us incorrect directions to our room. The room was supposed to face the beach, but instead we faced side of the building and the building we were in did not have an elevator and we had to carry 2 large suitcases up three floors and we were not offered any assistance. The security the desk attendant had called up actually ended up showing us how to get there. When we went to the desk to inquire about the gym hours later Jolly (the front desk employee) than very loudly asks where he knows us from and if he knew us from the grocery store. I very calmly replied that we had checked in a while ago to which he replied, "Oh yeah y'all were with those people"

This was my 2nd visit here, even though I can't give it an Excellent rating. It's a bit dated, there's no free coffee (I'm not counting that little keurig with the powdered creamer) and certainly no free breakfast. But then, the value reflects that. I'm thrilled for an affordable beachfront/ocean view, as central as you can be, and free parking, which was convenient, and that is why I came back again. I didn't visit the pool. My room also had a kitchenette, so I brought my own coffee/coffee maker and creamer. For the wear and tear that these properties get, I give them credit for keeping this as nice as it is. It would be amazing if the furnishings were updated, and they offered free, fresh brewed coffee, with real creamer.
