I had a amazing time at the Holiday Inn at the pavilion they were friendly. They came buy to clean rooms every day. The only thing is we stayed in L building so all stairs Was kinda hard for me too get up to 3 rd floor with RA and hurt leg.

The location and view were great. On-site parking was mostly blocked off when we arrived, which made the check-in process a bit difficult. The room could use some updates, but it was nice to have a small kitchen and a full-size refrigerator. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

Would not stay again. Left early to get out!

Room service was terrible. Had to request my own towels, trash pickup, and even toilet paper. Then they made me go get it all myself at the front desk. Walls are chipping paint, says no smoking but there’s nicotine drips on the walls. Bathroom is extremely small and narrow. Shower head was horrible, was like being blasted in the face with a fire hose. Security wouldn’t handle a situation on premises making guests uncomfortable to enjoy the property. Pools have chipping tiles and could be cleaner. Towels feel like sandpaper. I left a day early because of this.

Had a wonderful time the room smelled so good and was very clean even the floors were clean and most of the hotels floors are not cleaned but this one was cleaned cuz I always take and clean the floors but didn't have to at this hotel the only thing I seen I didn't really like was the couch at spots on the back where people put their head at so I took some towels and covered it up with their towels not only do I really look for a wonderful smell clean room I also love to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean and this hotel I could do that any time without smelling cigarettes or marijuana and that's what I really loved cuz at other hotels we weren't able to sit out there cuz of the smell especially with little ones with me will be back to stay

The pictures online did not match what our room looked like. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our toilet was broken when we got there but maintenance was able to fix it in a timely manner. The outside pool was very nice. The grounds were well kept

Stay Had Some Challenges

Unfortunately, my stay was not as comfortable as I’d hoped. The mattress in the room was very worn and clearly needs to be replaced. One of the most frustrating issues was the overwhelming smell of marijuana smoke coming from the room below, which filled my non-smoking room. I reported this to the front desk, but was told they couldn’t act unless they could pinpoint the source. I even shared that I saw the guests smoking on their balcony and had taken photos, but no further action was taken. Additionally, the fire alarm went off multiple times during my stay — each time a false alarm. Having to travel down from the 10th floor repeatedly was very disruptive. If the hotel is able to send text messages to guests during their stay, it would be helpful to use that system to notify guests of false alarms or maintenance testing. At the very least, placing the system in test mode would prevent unnecessary disturbances. Unfortunately, between the poor mattress condition, strong smoke odor, and repeated alarm disruptions, this stay fell short of expectations.

Awesome location by beach and boardwalk

Love the location by the beach (beach access), restaurants and boardwalk. Multiple pools with spa, lazy river, poolside bar. Very clean and comfortable stay. Highly recommend.
