Simple budget no-fills stay. Comfortable and with the benefit of secure parking. Easy access to Rennes and a useful stop-over on the way to/from St Malo ferry port. 24hr McD's just across the way for snacks too.

C'est un hÎtel qui attend avec impatience une réfection de toute urgence. Construit dans les années 90, une vétusté importante s'est installé au fil du temps. Une direction trÚs sympathique, mais qui ne sait que faire et quoi dire, hormis un geste commercial. Un tarif beaucoup trop cher pour l'établissement...Bref, tout est à refaire ...

Chambre trĂšs bruyante avec la circulation juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, construction ancienne, trĂšs vĂ©tuste, sauf la douche italienne refaite (accessible handicapĂ©) et surtout le meilleur un portail Ă©lectrique rĂ©cent qui vous coĂ»tera 5€/jour pour stationner sur un parking privĂ© vide. L'Ă©tablissement privilĂ©gie le parking de qualitĂ© avec une chambre des annĂ©es 90 niveau insonorisation, Ă©cran lcd moyen, bouilloire non utilisable vu l'odeur, bref Ă  Ă©viter absolument.
ProblĂšme d'insonorisation des ouvertures Ă©videmment vu l'Ă©tat et l'Ă©poque du bĂątiment.
Écran lcd de taille moyenne avec un encadrement plus adaptĂ©.
Bouilloire qui n'a pas servi depuis trÚs longtemps et surtout mal nettoyé. Inutilisable !
Tablette non fixé et risque de perdre un objet dans le doublage.

Accueil moyen, chambre reservĂ©e et payĂ©e sur internet, arrivĂ©e sur place la rĂ©cĂ©ptionniste est en difficultĂ© pour trouver la reservation, puis me demande de payer la chambre, alors qu'elle est dĂ©jĂ  notĂ© reglĂ©e, puis me demande une taxe de sejour a 12€ au lieu de 1,32€ prĂ©vu lors de la reservation. AmabilitĂ© plus que limite. PropretĂ© des chambres Ă  revoir ( poils, toiles d'araignĂ©s, poussiĂšre, tĂąche sur le linge de lit ...)

No frills hotel

Stayed one night. No frills hotel. We were provided a room, however it smelled cigarettes, so we requested another room unfortunately they were only one too available with two single beds. We went during the heatwave and the room had no AC. We asked if they have any fans and unfortunately no. Our sleep was not great given the room was way too hot. Breakfast was included with our our room and it was great.
