レセプションはいつも開いているわけではないようですが、チェックインの時間に行くとスタッフさんがオーナーに電話してチェックインの手続きをしてくれました WhatsAppで事前に連絡をとればさらにスムーズにチェックイン手続きできるかも知れません 部屋はバルコニー付きで眺めが素晴らしいです 広くて清潔でキッチンも付いていて快適です シャワーブースがなくて、トイレと洗面所と一緒なので、床が水びたしになるのが気になりましたが、スタッフさんは明るくて親切で、値段もリーズナブルなので、またサランダに来たら泊まりたいと思います

Very Highly Recommended

The unit is well presented, recently renovated and attractively furnished, with a great sea view. It is close to the city, the boardwalk and several dining options. The owner is very helpful and super responsive. He did everything he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Spacious modern apartments close to the beach. Best accommodation we have stayed in for the price. The apartments look very new and are beautifully decorated. Only issue would be if you have a car, the road up to the property is narrow and difficult to navigate as cars go up and down all the time but struggle to pass each other. We didn’t have this problem thankfully as we were walking.

Stanza fantastica, con una vista sul mare pazzesca. La posizione della struttura è ideale, in una stradina residenziale (in salita) a nemmeno 10 minuti a piedi dal lungomare. Molto silenzioso. Un po’ scomoda la doccia a pavimento, ma nel complesso ottima camera. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha consigliato diversi taxi per arrivare in altri punti della città ed era molto responsivo.

Je n’est pas du tout aimé cet appartement beaucoup de mensonge, rien à disposition, directement tout et pas propre, pas de cafetière piscine congeler et inutilisable au final vous payez pour ne jamais mettre un pied dedans, le ménage jamais fait ! c’est beau en photo mais malheureusement sa ne vaut pas le prix qu’on y met dommage .

Potential but trouble

We had a lot of trouble at Joanna, when we got there it was empty so we had to call them and apparently something was wrong. So we had to spend the first night in another apartment on the same street but it was nothing like our reservation. The morning after we got our room although it was not really what we expected so we were offered a much bigger suite higher up and it was beautiful so we took it. Although later on we saw some other problems. The bathroom was occupied by ants and the kitchen had nearly no plates or cavalry. We ate cereal from wineglasses… There also was no dishwasher or soap or spounge so we couldn’t do the dishes. The daily cleaning as it said on our reservation only happend once and we had to ask for it. I think it is nice apartments overall and has potential but for us it took a lot of energy with all the troubles and sadly it went out over the vacation.
