The hotel was older and the rooms were average. Although the cleanliness of the room was not so great. Very dusty, clothing from previous guest left in rooms and dirty mini fridge were some of the downfalls to the room. Luckily we just needed a place to sleep and left early the next day. Probably would not stay here again. Staff were very friendly and helpful but needed more attention to room cleaning.

Kevin was amazing. Check in was a breeze. The room was comfortable and roomy. It was a bit dusty, but nothing we couldn’t handle. The Inn is centrally located, so plenty of options for food and shopping all within walking distance.

The place is old but has real potential. The bed was nice but the room was dirty/dusty and needs some TLC. The laminate floor was very dirty, the carpent entry was very dirty, and I didn't dare turn on the air conditioner due to the visible dirt on it. The cleanliness makes sense when I watched "house keeping" push a stolen Safeway shopping cart up to the rooms to strip the beds and grab the towels. No laundry cart with cleaning supplies was seen. I bought my own swifter sweeper after the first night and mopped my floors, which was disgusting.

Upon arrival it appears average for the area, but from the moment you walk thru the office door, you know your every need will be met with every effort by staff! The rooms are nice, the king bed is HUGE & comfortable, there's nice big bathtub with shower, plus a hairdryer, ironing board with an iron, coffee maker, and DirecTV service included. The owner is very nice and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay, which we did! Coming back next year!

It was okay it needed a little updating but it was worth the price we stayed the town of Williams is a great place lots of good places to eat and lots of shop for women to shop at lots of places for men to sit at

Upon arriving for check in, had to find a bell to ring to speak to someone (there’s a prominent sign saying “ring bell for service” but no bell at sign). Checked in afterward. Couldn’t find an ice machine. After going to the front to ask for ice, was told “it’s temporarily down”. I located the ice machine later on, the “out of order” sign has been up for some time, it’s weathered and you can clearly tell there is no ice available at location. The room was filthy. The “sofa” in the description is a chair. The refrigerator was unplugged and there was a horrible smell coming from it. The bed squeaks anytime you turn. There was a residue of brown substance all over the bathroom wall. You get two pillows, both equate to one, in my opinion. The floors were disgusting! I had a ton of crap covering my socks. Pet hair, dust, etc.

Ravi est très accueillant et il souhaite notre confort. Il nous donne aussi de précieux conseils et il est très rapide pour nous soutenir. L’endroit est super bien situé’, dans cette ville charmante de William. De plus, nous étions pas très loin du grand canyon pour aller le visiter.

The guy at the front desk was amazing and great. And we understand the situation as they just kind of ended up with this motel after the passing of a father. But it’s kind of rough. I hope they can get it in better condition as time goes on because they’re lovely people, The sheets were clean you smell the Clorox the towels were clean, but the walls and the floor and the floorboards and not so much.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Overall experience was pleasant and comfortable. If I ever return to Williams,az I'll surely come back.
