The check in was excellent. The two ladies on reception couldn’t have been more professional, our room was clean and spacious unfortunately it ended when we went into the restaurant. The staff were pleasant enough they suggested menu del dia, ok no probs but no other options, we ask for a bottle of vino, no offer of a wine menu, they just a brought a bottle of house wine. I have to say fortunately it was chilled and drinkable. We asked for ( butter) with the bread but they said they had none and brought us Oil and balsamic, again not a problem. Our main course was brought while we still eating our starters, not good practice then when we asked to put it on our room they said they only take cash at the table. Unbelievable. Breakfast was a total disaster, food was disgusting and every table in the restaurant was full of dirty plates and uneaten food. Never have we experienced a breakfast room like this. Mind you they only had one guy in the restaurant so there was no way he was gonna cope even if he wanted too which incidentally he didn’t. Would we stay here again, definitely not, and this was the first time ever we have felt totally let down by Hotels.Com
