The people of the hotel were almost phenomenal. However, the hotel floor was gross (candy was under the bed, desk area, and the bathroom floor was also not very clean. The hotel also had no water or air conditioning for an extended period of time, and the credit that I was told would be placed onto my account was not. I am very disappointed in that. Spending $ 1,000 for three days suggests that one should expect water, air conditioning, and members to do what they say they will do. Lastly, as a Hilton Honors member who trusts a brand to do what they say, I am very disappointed.
