The staff were very friendly and helpful, from arrival to departure. They offered to help with our bags to the Residence next door and also brought an iron to us! The Wi-Fi was excellent, the room was very clean and the breakfast was great for our needs. The only minor issue was the app system of gaining access to the Residence and our room. Generally it was fine, but on occasion we were kicked out of the app or it was slow to open. This is a very minor issue though. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at the hotel, which was also in a very central location, close to all the main tourist sites. Thank you.

Overall, the staff was polite and the hotel was very clean. However, there are several issues that potential guests should be aware of. ​Room Downgrade & Logistics: We booked 4 nights and paid in advance via Hotels.com. A few days before arrival, we were told our original room wasn't available for the first night. We were forced to stay in an inferior room and move the next day. Even worse, on the day we moved, we had to check out by 11:00 AM but couldn't access the new room until 2:00 PM, leaving us without a room for a midday rest. ​Serious Privacy Concern (Spa): As compensation for the room mix-up, the hotel offered us free access to the spa (which usually carries a fee). We booked a private slot at 6:00 PM and were told the area was reserved exclusively for us. Naturally, we felt comfortable undressing. After 30 minutes, we discovered a security camera that no one had mentioned. When we asked, they claimed it was "only for security," but we felt our privacy was completely violated. ​Room Layout: In the second room we moved to, the sink was located inside the main room rather than in the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient. ​Amenities & Breakfast: Our booking included a bottle of wine, but we only received it after we complained. Additionally, breakfast only includes basic filter/carafe coffee. If you want a cappuccino or any espresso-based drink, you are required to pay extra. ​Bottom line: While the hotel is clean, the logistical hassle and the lack of transparency re

Beautiful, large room, very clean, with an extremely comfortable bed and pillows (nothing too hard or too soft). Very close to Monastiraki and the metro station. Lots of cool restaurants and cafés nearby. Reception and staff were very helpful and nice. The only 2 drawbacks are that 1. There's no elevator in the Residence building, so you have to trek up and down the stairs, which is annoying with luggage (though the staff offered to help) and 2. The shower glass doesn't do a good job of isolating the water from the toilet, so you end up with wet floors no matter how much you pay attention.

Nice hotel in central Athens, staff were very kind and attentive. My original room had a bathtub instead of a shower and I switched the second night to one with a shower. Otherwise no issues

The room was very clean and my husband and I could spread out as much as we needed. Not having a standing shower was hard but we made due with the tub and handheld shower head. And we had to get used to throwing our toilet paper in the waste bin and not own the toilet. The staff was freindly and easy to communicate with.
