I guess I didn’t expect it to be like a motel. Doors open onto a breezeway meaning we have to leave the blinds closed so it made the room is very dark. Staff was quite nice and the pool looked nice even though we didn’t use it. Location was convenient to what we wanted to do in the area. Very solid choice, but I wouldn’t call it a “resort” despite with the name says

Do not stay here. The pictures lie. Bug zapper in lobby. They double charged me and after multiple phone calls nothing was done. Had to dispute charges through the credit card company. You can do better than here.

The WiFi didn’t work. The room was disgusting, out of date, and extremely moldy. The ice machine broke, the pool hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while, and despite the info on Hotels.com, there was NO RESTAURANT on site. Just a sushi bar kind of close by. I am pretty sure AI was used to make the posted photos look palatable. We were completely hoodwinked into staying there and spending so much to do so. Proceed at your own risk.

I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights for a business trip and we were only able to stay one night. The room was not very clean; there were 2 fights outside my room in the middle of the night. The overall strange activities being conducted on the property grounds was extremely scary, especially for women. The website is very deceiving. I travel to AZ for work very frequently and never experienced something like this.

Key card did not work after several attempts between front desk and room maintenance finally game and fixed the key but you had to push the handle up instead of down. No ice buckets you have to ask and they give you a trash bag. Breakfast was a coconut donut only nothing else available. The rook was a bit dirty with reminisce of prior stays on the bed platform (hair, crumbs of some sort). The a/c kept glitching and would not let you adjust it....will never stay here again!

Hot tub and pool were fine. But no towels at the pool. Ice makers did not work. Bathroom light flickered and would not stay on. Rips on one of the sheets. Extremely noisy. Definitely overpriced and NOT a 3.5 star hotel. I have no idea how they got that rating

We were given a room at the far end of the building that was in poor condition. The chair was stained with black, the television stand was damaged, the door did not close properly, and the sheets had holes. I have photographs of the room. We subsequently requested a new room, as we had paid a significant amount for our anniversary. The new room wasn’t better and nothing liked advertised, it was still unsatisfactory. The pool was dirty with debris floating around and murky water. Approximately 60-70% of the chairs were broken, and there were no towels available. One evening, we requested cleaning, as the staff did not visit daily. We only wanted new towels, but the staff informed us that they had no one to bring them to us because all their cleaners had left for the day. So we had to go get them that wasn’t a big deal but when We were preparing to go out for dinner when we saw two different cleaners cleaning rooms, which contradicted their previous statement.

The term resort should be removed from the name of the hotel. Every area needs repair and updates. The pool was murky and a shade of green. Many of the pool/lounge chairs were coming apart. As we were leaving, there was a needle and syringe in the parking spot next to us.
