Great property, location, comfort and price!

I enjoy this hotel and the big beautiful park it is beside. They also have an awesome pool, huge hottub, lovely beds and great rates. I got a room with a hottub in it this time… really fun.

Clean place for your money!

Entire staff was very friendly and Andres was very helpful at front desk. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. It’s not a resort but a motel that’s been refurbished quite well. Pool was very clean as well. Great location with park across the street. The price was very reasonable for this property. We would stay there again in the future.

Needs to do better

The sheets were stained, holes in the bath towels, stained towels, loose large tile in front of the toilet where you sit and stand, lamp shades stained. The sink would not drain well in our room so when you brushed your teeth or washed your hands, the sink filled up with dirt water and took a few minutes to drain. A good value but is a motel, not hotel.

This hotel used to be called 3 palms. It's poorly run and the last time I stayed here, they had cleaning ladies take my stuff. It's so poorly managed and pretty run down. It's absolutely NOT a "resort" by any means. I wonder what troubles they had that they had to change their name. I'm never booking this hotel again and don't recommend it to ANYONE. It may be in Scottsdale but it's in a bad neighborhood and I didn't like the look of people staying in the rooms next to me. They seemed shady. Awful hotel This hotel, in my opinion, is even lower than a motel. It's absolutely shocking that they would now call themselves a resort. I remember when I stayed, there were stains on the bed and the floor. Then, I spent more than an hour at the front desk trying to get my stuff back that the cleaning ladies took from my room because they thought I was checking out. DISGRACEFUL !!!

EXTREME FALSE ADVERTISING

The pictures provided when viewing the hotel were nothing like the actual hotel room we walked into. The furniture was outdated and had obvious scuff marks. The light fixture in the bathroom looked like a hazard; the light bulbs looked like they were going to fall out. One of them wasn’t even working. The bath tub is NOT EVEN IN THE BATHROOM!!! It’s in the middle of the room which is so extremely unsettling. Upon checking in, we encountered multiple odd people who appeared to be on drugs/ homeless. Also, the couple next to us was smoking a blunt right out side of their room. The pool and the “park” right across the hotel looked horrible. The pool was small and the chairs were ripped. The water fall was literal blocks of concrete stacked with water falling off of it. The park was so overgrown. It resembled a swamp more than anything. I will definitely never stay here again.
