The front desk staff are nice and Robert helped me arrange a move-in earlier than 3PM on a third-floor room. The room is very spacious and clean with a blackout curtain, so I got to have a good night sleep. No daily cleaning service but it's okay for me. Breakfast is cereals, milk, coffee and bread. Overall it was a nice experience! Excellent location for visiting Emory.

Simple and cozy

We stayed for three nights, there was no room cleaning service during the stay, but can go to the front desk to get new towels and other supplies from them. Offer breakfast with bread, yogurt, and juice...etc, front desk is friendly and nice. We had a good time!

Really convenient for the university if you are visiting students but really nothing around the hotel other than uni . Walls very thin so bring earplugs and we found most electric sockets not working so hard to charge phone . And room not cleaned in 4 nights

Pleasantly Surprised

Wasn't sure what to expect when we pulled it. It may not be new, but it was clean and larger rooms than expected. Checking in an out was pleasant and no problems at all. . . I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay.

Disappointe in my stay not the same as I have

I always stay at the University Inn, because my granddaughter is attending Emory University, she is a sophomore. Tis was the most disappointing time of all and we have stayed there at 5 or 6 times. First of all I asked for a handicap room and was given 2212 at the bottom of flight of six steps to go down. there was no bars in the shower to hang on to, to get in the shower. I do not know why I was not given 2218 at the end of the hall, which had no stairs to get to it and you could just walk right into it. Then when we were settle in the room the lamp between the beds would go on and off. So I followed the cord and found that the plug in box was mount on the wall and the box spring was setting sitting right under it and that mattress was resting on top of it. So every time i sat on the bed iI was disconnecting the cord. So we would move the mattress and replug it in so we had a light in the room. Someday the mattress may catch on fire. Then when I got m bill on my Credit card I was charged the full 4 days stay plus a $7.50 a parking charge for each day. I made my reservation November 1, 2024 when there was no parking fee but they changed their policy on 11/18/24. I was never informed about this until I got my bill on my credit card. Called them and their was too bad basically. Not the type of service I was use to from them.

Great value, super-convenient to Emory University

Great hotel! Good value. Super-easy parking. Located directly across from the Emory School of Law and the Emory University campus. Only drawback is limited eating options. The grab & go breakfast at the hotel is pretty spare. Local neighborhood is all Panera Bread, Jimmy John's, etc. So you will need a car to reach decent food.

The room and bathroom was clean and fr she smelling. Tv service was hopeless but internet service was great. Very friendly staff and in close Rand to the Emory Hospital which is where I had to go really early in the morning. I will definitely stay again.
