We were so excited to stay here, room with a hot tub !! But unfortunately when we showed up it was snowing, and we checked in, the staff was friendly, when we got to the room, the heater had no buttons on it, and then we went to turn on the fake fire place and that wasn't working either. We did stumble on a mini portable heater, that did work but come on to heat and entire room!!! My husband when to go get a staff member and he came down to look, and played with the fake fire place for a few minutes and said it would eventually turn on, and that we could use the portable heater, he also said it was having issues working for the people before us.(Hits the mini heater ) We stayed for maybe 20 min and couldn't get the room to get warm, it stayed around 50° inside, so we checked out, and since they told me I made my booking through Expedia they could not refund us, but after looking through their Google reviews they don't refund anyone. I wish I would have feC the reviews before booking with them. I would stay away from this place!!! Mold by the hot tub and a funky smell. We stayed about 10 min away at a Hyatt and it was great! READ the review!!! Save your time and money and stay somewhere else!
