Hmm...

Not sure why this motel has such a good rating. The room was not well made up. The toilet had urine on the seat fasteners, that had to be tightened down to be useable. The floors made the bottom of my feet black, and the fridge needed to be sanitized. There was a pool that was empty and that was probably okay, due to the cleanliness of the room. The booking information said that the fee for pets (plural)was $20 a day. We were charged $25 per pet. We rebooked and extended the stay due convience and the morning I checked back in the room I walked to the office well before the stated 11am check out time. The office was closed,and I had to call the manager. He didn't get to the office until almost noon,then banged on my door like I was trying to get one over in him. Then he scolded me for rebooking the room using hotels.com. The rate at the property was more expensive than the rate from hotels.com. Of course, I am going to rebook online, I am on a budget and need to be mindful of the money I spend. The manager was pleasant to my boyfriend when they had any interactions with each other,yet he treated me a whole lot different. I don't know why in the 21st century that happens anymore.I was charged an early check-in fee, to stay in the same room. I would absolutely not stay here again.

The rooms were super clean, staff was very friendly, and access to the motel was great. Close to Branson Theater District, but no so close traffic is annoying. however long term residents werent the nicest. One was great the rest gave weird vibes. If there is assigned parking spots for long term residents there should be signs, and there are not and I watch a guy with white hair slam paper on my back windshield and nearly break my wiper off. Probably something new management will have to figure out Aside from long term residents the place is GREAT!!! Pool does not work, that was a bummer. They offered mini/dorm room fridge and microwave. No breakfast available, but it is known when you make reservations. Having the fridge and microwave made being abke to bring our own breakfast a great idea. We had cereal, milk, muffins, and more for breakfast. The water pressure and hot water are great. Beds are comfortable and clean. I would suggest bringing your own pillows. Space is great. I will say areas for walking dogs is limited. We walked ours in the back by the woods. Dog ended up with 6 tics. So while it is pet friendly areas for dogs to use the bathroom aren't great. Staff was phenomenal!!! Chris was very nice and welcoming. They have wash machines, vending machines, and ice machines on site.

This was a very excellent motel for the money. The property was clean and in good condition. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room had a mini fridge and microwave which was a great amenity. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely visit again.

Not bad for the price!

My girlfriend and I only stayed for a day, but it was great! The fridge and microwave are an addition I like to see that I don't see at many cheaper hotels. The room did not, however, come with shampoo. They also use wall-mounted air conditioners that take a second to heat up or cool down the room, but they do the job. Overall I enjoyed my stay a lot!

Charged fees for service animal - ADA states that is Illegal. Never ever been charged fees anywhere before. Even locked us out of the room because he stated he forgot to charge for the cleaning fee for service animal. He could have called our room or my cell phone and let me know. How unprofessional and very uncalled for. I did call police department told me they did not ever hear of charging cleaning fees for service animals. I will get in touch with ADA and reprt this issue to them.

Looked ok from the outside but once we walked in the fish tank plants on the fake fire place I knew! They charged more once we arrived! First room i got was VERY old and dirty, with old carpet and was not the same as advertised I mean old, second room had broken furniture, big towel rack fell off wall, nasty tub, part of the head board was broken off, nasty floors this place looks like it was just bought and they just painted it and reopened I would not recommend this place and they would not do anything for us after are stay will never go back there also friends had the same experience same room as me and I also paid more for my room which was the same as the one they had!
