Deceptive at best

I arrived a half hour early and they would not let me check in. I had just driven 3.5 hours from San Diego and they would not let me use a restroom. The hotel does not look ANYTHING like the photos on hotels.com. I paid for a different hotel to avoid staying at this place

Unacceptable deposit.

When I was checking in they told me they need a credit card on file, that was OK. Then they told me they need $100 in cash as a deposit. I had to leave and go find an ATM to get them the cash. Normally when you check out you can just leave and leave the card key in the room. Instead I had to got to the lobby and give them the key to get my cash back.

Needs updating

First thing was they required a cash deposit, who carries cash anymore? The room looked like it could use some updating. The blanket had burns from cigs, and air unit had what looked like wads of paper all in the outlet. Could have been nicer.

Beware of the Cash ONLY deposit they require! Had to go to an ATM after I arrived to check in, room was booked thru Expedia. Unbelievable. And for the quality of the stay, not worth the price at all.

No blankets and it was a very uncomfortable bed!! Dirty carpet, cigarette holes in shower curtain, fridge did not shut, thin towels and see thru toilet paper. They asked for $100 dollars upfront which we did know about and got back when we returned the key. It was very uncomfortable and smelled. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Basic for the money, service not great

Room was very basic for the money, no coffee/hot water machine and no microwave in room, was at the end of the hallway. My room key didn’t work so went to the desk where someone let me in and told me that another person would come and sort this issue in an hour, but they never came back. Also online bookings need cash security deposit of $100 so make sure you’ve got that.

they get a zero from me!!!

This is by far the worst experience I ever had. The service was crappy the room smelled. I feel very unsafe. The bed was very hard, and it had burn marks in the comforter. They had me pay $100 deposit in cash and I pay for the room in cash. I was in the room for about 10 minutes turned around and was like I cannot stay here. They only gave me my deposit and kept my $200. In cash I was so at the hotel was garbage

Extremely strange and creepy desk staff (owners). False advertising and false positive reviews on Expedia. Dirty nasty place for per-hour persons. Stains all over the bedsheets. Walked out and asked for my cash deposit back.

BEWARE!!! To begin, I had booked and paid in full the hotel room under mine and my guests name. My guest was going to be there earlier than I was going to make it. They would not allow him to check in with the 100$ cash deposit without me. So he had to wait for a couple hours for My arrival. Upon arrival I paid the deposit and we were given 1 key card for the night. When I asked for an extra they said no. Then when we got to the room the room was dirty. The most troubling part of the cleanliness was the comforter. It had white pasty stains all over it. When we asked to be moved to another room, the one they had available was worse. When we went to get ice for our drinks we were surprised to see that we had to pay for our ice. There was items in the fridge already no doubt from the last patrons who had stayed in there. Sleep was not an option due to the high amount of activity throughout the place. There were few channels available on the tv and when getting my deposit back they requested my signature before giving me my money. I had to request to see the money upfront before I signed it and it was like making an illegal transaction. My guy was worried about leaving me there when he had to leave early and I was a little uneasy myself. Needless to say we won’t go there again.
