Great hotel in great location. Clean, safe, and secure. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. Stored our bags when we arrived early and room wasn’t ready. Stored our bags after checkout as our flight was much later. This was a perfect stay. Highly recommend.

We had a room on the 4th floor which had an amazing view or Arthur’s Seat! The staff was great! The place was clean and neat, and somehow they managed to clean our room without ever it being an imposition once. The ceiling was sloped over the bed which made it tricky to get in and out of bed on one side. And there was no elevator so if you get a room on the upper floors in this particular building (there is another building that does have an elevator) make sure your fit enough to climb stairs (we averaged 12 stories of climbing every day). But all that said, we had a wonderful 10 days at the KM and would stay again on the 4th floor.

Hyvä majoitus. Huomaa ei hissiä. Aamupala oli hyvä mutta hieman suppea. Henkilökunta oli aina ystävällistä.

It was fine but the lack of elevator really makes it not worth it especially if you’re staying past the second floor

Very clean, room a bit small, a wee bit of a walk from the center of Edinburgh. Saying all that the staff were very friendly too and I would return.

10/10 绝佳

Staff were friendly and helpful and we even got a slightly earlier check in. There was no lift so we got plenty of exercise up to the third floor! There were building works/emptying of bottle bank, so a little noisy when there in the morning. Very good location with shops/bars and the lovely Richmond Cafe close by. Also close to attractions such as St Cecilia’s Music museum, the Pathology Exhibition, the Edinburgh Gin Experience and Chocolatarium. Love Edinburgh, will be back and would 100% stay at this hotel again, highly recommended.
