The room was overall spacious, well planned, and mostly comfortable. But the floors in the room were noticeably dirty - and no carpeting anywhere to give bare feet relief from it (probably for the best, though lol). I had to wear shoes at all times to walk around the bedroom. The pool area was also pretty janky.
Also - and this is a random problem but maybe indicative of the service/mgmt team - I called ahead to see if I could have a package delivered to the hotel; they said yes, as long as it showed up during my stay or on the day I would check in. It was an item I needed during my trip. Well, they turned the package away when it arrived a couple hours before I checked in. It was returned to sender and I wasn't able to get that item. Pretty upsetting; I would have found another way if they didn't give me the green light to send it there. I think this shows poor communication and poor guest consideration on the management/service team side.
Also, the breakfast offering left a lot to be desired. We ate at the Denny's next door instead.
Still, not the worst place I've stayed. It'll do in a pinch.
