I had the most wonderful time in hilton manyata park for 4 days. I was on vacation with my wife and was shocked to get the upgraded king suite by kavya! Also since I was there 27 times, I was given a beautiful diwali invitation sweet box along with celebrations that truly made my stay most memorable. Also Amit in the kitchen made my day by giving me the royal breakfast treatment. Also shivam took care of my family like his own! Give them a raise! They are the best staff ever

Our stay was beyond fantastic and it wasn't because u upgraded us or whether u included BF and early check in. Of course, we appreciate every bit of it. What stood out is the proactive nature of everyone we met within Hilton and outside (car drives managed by Hilton). Prior to this I thought Trident in Mumbai set the standards. But in fact think u have surpassed them. Every one has made a great impact while we were there. Aaryan and Shivam as we checked in Annamma who was our housekeeper. Hussein who was the driver we had Arun the chef and many more who I can't remember the names. Each and everyone was impeccable and even that is an understatement. There is no other place I will stay in Bangalore and possibly elsewhere where possible. Thank u very much for all u are and kudos to the Hilton management for being able to imbibe such vibes.

Hotel itself is okay to stay there and it's clean and room is modern. two things bothered me during my stay for 6 days. first is food(breakfast). it's limited and Dosa was just so so comparing to local hotel and nothing special paying that amount for staying. another one was the uber car. there was no location in the app but I had to select other entrance to meet so drivers couldn't find it so I need to call them to explain it every time. last day to airport, I got f4~5 rejections after uber arrival coz they couldn't find a place. it took more almost 1 hour to get an uber going to airport.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Hilton and I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received during my visit. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by two gentlemen at the reception desk, who provided a warm welcome and went above and beyond to accommodate my early check-in request, even upgrading me to a suite. Their hospitality set the tone for a fantastic stay. The staff at Neo restaurant were outstanding. Their service was impeccable, and they always had a smile on their faces, making each dining experience a true delight. I observed the restaurant staff ensuring the safety and amusement of children while their parents enjoyed the extensive and excellent buffet selection. Overall, my stay here was nothing short of exceptional. The dedication and professionalism of the entire team, from the reception to the restaurant and housekeeping, truly made my visit memorable. I cannot thank them enough for their efforts in ensuring my comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch hospitality experience. I look forward to returning in the future!
