Cute “boutique” hotel with good location for city centre and helpful staff. But I had a problem with opening the door lock that seemed to have existed for some time. Also nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom.

Staff is nice, area has some places that are in a walking distance, the breakfast is small and basic so it’s worth skipping and going somewhere else. Bed was comfortable and heater worked well but the filter was so dirty that it bothered our eyes and nose until I cleaned it myself.

Principal observação: O café da manhã é MUITO simples. E os ovos são cobrados à parte, cerca de 4.000 pesos (R$ cerca de R$ 25,00 por UM OVO). ABSURDO! O lençol de um dos quartos estava SUJO, MANCHADO de algo na cor de SANGUE, tivemos que pedir para trocar. Alguns funcionários não são muito simpáticos. Atrasamos cerca de 20 min em um dos quartos o horário do checkout. A funcionária veio batendo com MUITA FORÇA na porta e gritando (em espanhol) que deveríamos desocupar IMEDIATAMENTE o quarto senão seria cobrado na recepção. Apesar de ser um direito deles cobrarem em caso de late check-out, não nos ofereceram o serviço ou simplesmente cobraram. Primeiro ela foi no quarto bater com MUITA FORÇA e GRITAR!

Não vale a pena, poderia ser muito melhor.

Foi bem ruim, não tinha internet, dos 3 recepcionistas que tivemos contato um foi mais ou menos os outros eram frios e indiferentes e as vezes grossos, equipamentos em mal estado de conservação, controles remotos sem funcionar um condicionador de ar que parecia ter sido achado no lixo, banheiro com um acabamento ruim e com um ralo muito pequeno que entupia o tempo todo, não tinha panos de piso para quando vc sai do banheiro e a pessoa ficava com o pé molhado, não tinha frigobar nos quartos, café da manhã é mediano, mas dependendo da pessoa vai achar bem fraquinho.

Se o Hóspede gosta ele volta e divulga para outros

Chegamos cansados da viagem e no quarto não havia toalhas ,qdo solicitamos pois queriamos tomar um banho o recepcionista disse que o hotel estava lotado e as toalhas estavam secando, e não forneciam toalhas de rosto,quarto sem guarda roupas e nenhuma estrutura para receber hospedes de outros países, não faziam limpeza diaria nos quartos e trocas de toalhas e só trocaram a roupa de cama após 5 dias de estadia depois que solicitamos, houve caso de hospedes que ao chegar no quarto encontraram roupas de cama e toalhas sujas , quarto com mofo. Banheiro sem porta papel higiênico e escova de vazo sanitário. No banheiro não havia chuveiro apenas ducha de mão. Não seguem as regras de acordo com a lei do consumidor. Pessoas reclamando que na divulgação do estabelecimento e fotos não condiz com a realidade.

Good location with great staff

Had a three different 3-day periods at hotel, meanwhile I had excursions round Chile and then returned to Santiago. Hotel location was perfect for me cause I do not need high standard conditions or room service. Around hotel was lots of local restaurants to choose, easy to walk almost everywhere, local Cabify and Uber had an easy access to front door. Personell at reception were fantastic, attendantive and glad. Outsourced breakfast service and breakfast generally was a disappointment - ready “plate” on a table and “coffee buffet”. A bit groomy faces with a couple who run the place. Luckily great lunch restaurants were nearby. Room was nice, just for my needs. You can also ask room on a higher floor or backside of the building ‘cause there is a busy street at the hotel. Good bed, comfy lining and pillows. Helpful house keeping ladies.

Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com a experiência que tive durante minha estadia no hotel. Desde o início, enfrentei problemas que impactaram negativamente a qualidade do serviço oferecido. Primeiramente, o banheiro do quarto não estava devidamente limpo, o que causou bastante desconforto. Além disso, houve problemas graves relacionados à caldeira, fazendo com que o banho fosse uma experiência extremamente desagradável: a água oscilava de muito quente para muito fria em questão de segundos, tornando impossível relaxar ou tomar um banho adequado. Para piorar, houve falta de água em determinado momento, e a solução oferecida foi que eu pegasse todas as minhas coisas e me dirigisse a um quarto longe do meu apenas para tomar banho. Isso nos obrigou a carregar diversos pertences até outro quarto, o que foi cansativo e inconveniente, especialmente considerando que o banheiro disponibilizado era pequeno e desconfortável. Esperava uma solução mais eficiente e respeitosa diante desses problemas. Esse tipo de situação comprometeu a experiência da estadia e, honestamente, não correspondeu ao padrão mínimo de qualidade que se espera de um hotel. Aguardo uma resposta sobre como o hotel pretende lidar com essa situação e evitar que outros hóspedes passem pelo mesmo transtorno.

Det var gångavstånd downtown. Hotellet har lite speciell inredning som säkert på sin tid ansågs cool. Nu känns den något daterad. Rummet saknade garderob och det fanns inga krokar att hänga upp kläder på. I badrummet saknades krokar för handdukar och det fanns inte utrymme att ställa ifrån sig toalettartiklar. När jag kom fanns det inga handdukar på rummet. Frukosten var ganska bra. Det som kallades apelsinjuice var närmast utspädd söt saft. Sammantaget blir betyget medelmåttigt. Fördelen var att läger var ganska bra.
