Family friendly, great for the price

The hotel itself is nice. Pool was very clean. Rooms look like they were redone recently . Our first night a lady with a big dog and little dog walked by and said not to come near her with our 3yr old daughter because the big one isn't friendly(maybe her room should not be near the check in and pool where families and kids will be). We ended up in the room across from them. The hallway in front of our room smelled like dog urine and cigarettes. The dogs barked all night and woke my daughter up frequently during the 5 nights we were there. We did tell the staff. The breakfast bar in the morning is simple, cereal, toast, coffee, juice, but it did have a waffle iron and fresh batter. Over all friendly and great for the price! Bonus its near lots of shopping and food options

Will not be back

Unfortunately, we will not be coming back to this Super 8. We only stayed one night, checked in a 11:30 pm and left at 8 am, but that was enough. We had two rooms, and they were both in bad condition. One room smelled like wet dog and feet combined. The secondary blanket smelled like dog and if you took the pillowcases off the pillows were badly stained with sweat and slobber. There were stains on the curtains and the carpet needed vacuumed. The second room we had to ask for all new bedding b/c it looked like someone with dirty boots put their feet on the bed, little pebble and dirt everywhere. There were stains on the sheets and pizza cheese left on the remote control. There were brown marks on the wall and one outlet would not hold a plug. The continental breakfast had only cereal, toast, waffles and juices available. There were a couple positives. The staff was friendly, and the shower seemed clean and had good water pressure. Not enough to bring me back though.

Fine hotel for an overnight stay- not fancy- but not nasty. Staff were kind and helpful- breakfast simple- bread for toast and waffles or cereal. Good rate. Pool nice

Room wasn’t that clean there was still stuff in refrigerator a lot of homeless people staying there. I asked for xtra pillow for my mother in law and was told they don’t have no pillows had to go buy one there were only 2 small old ones on each bed breakfast could’ve been better and when asked for a chair to sit on in room was told I didn’t have any when I could’ve taken one from breakfast area was told I couldn’t take one..definitely not for a family to stay with small children people outside in back smoking area drinking every night I could go on n on next time we come my Vernon we won’t be staying there I’ll spend the extra money to stay somewhere else overall was a bad experience for the price

Get what you pay for?

Room smells old & smokey in my non-smoking room. I had no bath towels and had to call for them. I could have redressed and run down faster & had to call 2x. Nothing but butter & syrup for toast or waffles - no peanut butter or cream cheese or honey. Coffee lukewarm so grateful for a microwave. Hair in tub that wasn’t mine. However, hotel staff were very nice.
