A great stay from check in to leaving. All areas lovely and clean and well presented. Had a problem trying to sort the heating out in my room as no instructions but staff came promptly and sorted for me and took on board my suggestion that it would be helpful if there were clear instructions in the room along with such as breakfast times. There was a menu in the room and I did have a snack in the bar with a very welcome, complimentary welcome drink. Breakfast was very good with a lovely range of choice. Highly recommend staying here and will do so again when working in the area
