I dont have credit cards, i paid for the booking over the phone ahead of time so it was taken care of. 52 yr old lady traveling alone with no extra $ and i was told at check in i had to pay a $50 deposit. Ummmm nowhere on hotel.com did it say that and the clerk did not tell me when i paid over the phone. Was told no deposit, no room and no refund i was S.O.L. Fibally found a friend who could pay it. Microwave in room had lots of rust......wont stay there again

The room was great once we got it but the new staff onsite is very hard to work with because they don't understand anything more than what they were shown in there short training and refuse to reach out to a higher up. Iv been a very long and loyal customer and i was told i would not be allowed to stay tonight because she wasn't sure how to deal with the circumstances and refused to call the manager turned me away and told me i can come back tomorrow and talk to anyone else, very very unprofessional

I like the front desk guy. He was very nice and very helpful. The parking was easy. The Jacuzzi was great. It just needs to be updated. fix the floor. I almost tripped over that piece that was broken a few times. I’d hate to see someone get hurt all in all was a good day thank you. Very noisy all night long and didn’t sleep much.

The in-the-room spa/jacuzzi was a completely different one than shown in the photo. It was very poor quality and most of the floor in the room was water damaged. In fact, the picture on your website shows an entirely different room. It was extremely disappointing and disgusting. Color us NOT HAPPY!!!

The potholes were deep and large, the brokendown RV on blocks was a prominent feature of the parking lot. The floor of the room was sticky. The top cover of the bed was stained (I hope permanently) and our room was graced with a direct beam of the parking lot light that was as bright as the sun, and we had no clothes pins to firmly close the drapes.

They are making an effort on to property. Power washing occurred for hours, hopefully in an effort to future paint job? Room had damaged door trim, hopefully fixed in the future. The beds are comfortable, but on squeaky metal frames. Spot lights glared all night, black out curtains mostly helped.

We had to use a flashlight to find our room as all outside lighting was off. Then the switch beside the entry door didn't turn any light on. This was followed by discovering the TV facedown on the dresser. The helpful staff gave us a different room and it was also in need of repair. The floorboards were actually breaking apart and we were tracking debris from that all over the room. The bathtub faucet ran constantly and the spray had completely soaked the bathmat. The beds were fine and had clean linen and towels were also clean. The staff was very helpful but obviously facing issues keeping maintenance done.

The linens on my bed were not clean but the room itself was clean and the ice bucket looked like it had been spit in and the TV had sou d but no.picture. I did say so.ething to the front desk but there wasn't much that could ve done I guess.
