Weekend getaway

Hotel staff was friendly communicative, the room was nice but not the cleanest. The curtain rod broke while my husband was in the middle of his shower, our room key stopped working the early morning of check out so one of us had to stay in the room while packing and taking our dog out. Parking was intense very hard to find a spot. This was a last minute birthday present so for booking last minute and bringing a pet wasn’t terrible but definitely not what I was expecting by the website and reviews

The place needs a very big update inside and out. The people at the desk was awesome. It is very close to the beach just walk out there. But inside needs an update The shower just automatically comes on and the tub We couldn't get it to cut off and then it just dribbles out. But anyway we stayed for 4 days and we enjoyed our stay

Not very clean

Our stay was ok. The first room we were given had feces smeared on the wall and bathroom door. And also smelled like cigarette smoke. I alerted the front desk and she immediately changed our room. That room was much cleaner and she was very nice about accommodating my family.

Would not recommend

This property is VERY dated and needs upgrading. Very few electric outlets in the room, facilty is pretty rundown. We actually ended up leaving to go to another place as we were not comfortable with the place after check-in. Only one hot tub in service (out of 3) and ot was very small and full.of little kids. Best part of the ahort time we were there was the tiki bar

UPDATE NEEDED IMMMEDIATLY

The hotel was clean, but SO old and run down. I did not have a balcony and believed I was going to. The window with a railing in it had the couch right beside it and I have children. I had to move the couch so my kids wouldn't have the ability to jump over the railing! Really?! The ONLY reason I didn't leave and demand my money back was because the place was clean and no bugs. Gotta spend money to make money, people!! Also, and most importantly...PUT CURRENT AND ACCURATE PICTURES ON YOUR WEBSITE! What I saw on your website and what I walked into were to VERY different things. Be honest. Do better.

This property is a dump. Don't stay here!

Hotels.com got this one very wrong. If they had visited the property they would have see the condition the property was in. It was rated good, but should have been terrible. It was a dump. It needs millions of dollars in upgrades and fixes. Not to mention the druckin parrot bar was so loud you could not get away from it. One of the pools was closed with green slime. The location was good but nothing about this property was satisfactory.

Quiet and relaxing vacation

We stayed in a studio suite with one queen bed, big kitchenette and nice size bathroom. Only thing I was a little disappointed in was the lack of a balcony but that was my fault when booking. We did have a huge slide window that opened up so we could hear the waves and watch the ppl on the beach. Beach access was great... Not busy and super quiet. Great accomodations for our dog and the pet fee was reasonable compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Myrtle. We will definitely be back to enjoy another vacation here...

Pictures are not what you get

First don’t expect what you get to match the pictures. This place was tiny, very cramped and not clean. The bedroom may have had 6 inches of clearance between the bed and walls on all sides. The couch was equivalent to sitting on the floor. The shower knob- well good luck. And finally don’t plan to use the kitchen unless you plan to bring your own pots and pans. However, the dishwasher and fridge were good. We bought Lysol, just saying….

Good for couples.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was what I expected it to be. Only thing I didn’t like was the cigarette smoking from other rooms. As a non-smoker it smelled disgusting and made me want to stay out all day so I won’t have to smell that but with all being said, I’d come back again for sure! Lots of food options. Must try BIRRIA tacos from around the area!!!

Horrific.

The bed was stained light brown. I had to wait until the next day to have new sheets and blankets. There was dirt on the bed. I didn’t have a single hot shower the entire stay. The phone didn’t work to call the front desk. I’ll never stay there again.

Hotel was in a great location but the hotel condition wasn’t great. Toilet would not flush. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. It’s an older hotel which needed lots of updating. Pint was chipping everywhere. The only plus is the location was beach front.

Nice in North Myrtle Beach

The property is not the newest on the strip but the view was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. I went on a solo trip just to get away and decompress. I could walk to the beach whenever I wanted and the bed and sofa were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again if I were in North Myrtle Beach.
