Overall we had a great stay, the room was clean with air conditioning, awesome pool/beach, food was pretty good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort is calm and mostly quiet which is great, and the spa treatments are 10/10. Only downside was the wifi didn’t work very well unless down by the restaurant.

I was expecting something much better for the price we paid. I had traveled to a lesser priced resorts with much better options. First the lobby area is really something out of normal a 10'X6' area on the outside really? Room for the most part was clean the service people really do a good job. No wifi in my case I need to do some work on my computer, and I have to connect through my iPhone hot spot. cell service was also poor cell tower too far. there is only one restaurant for the whole resort or Hotel however you want to call. 1 bar on the top area of the pool that opens in the afternoon. Food was okay. Except you have walk almost 1/2 of mile through up and down bridges in order to get to the pool and restaurant. there was a small refrigerator with 2 seven up cans for the whole time you are there if you drink them in the first day that is it you will have to buy your own after that, they never refill the little fridge. If you want a bottle of water, you have to pay for and was very hard to find one. I was very discouraging and disappointed of the whole package. Huatulco was very nice to visit planning on comeback except to a different hotel.

The property is beautiful, offering stunning views and a clean, well-maintained resort. A standout feature is the private beach, which we thoroughly enjoyed, and the staff were generally friendly and attentive. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The distance between the rooms and key areas like the dining area, pool, and beach can be a bit inconvenient, as it involves quite a long walk. Additionally, there is significant construction happening around the property, which detracts slightly from the overall experience. One concern was the towel inspection process. The staff thoroughly inspect returned towels for stains or damage and make it clear there are charges for anything that doesn't meet their standards. Unfortunately, the towels themselves are visibly worn, which adds to the frustration. We even had an issue where a towel we hadn’t used was stained, and it became a bigger deal than it should have been. Because of this, we chose not to use the hotel-provided towels for the pool or beach. Lastly, there were some temporary water issues in a few rooms, but the staff worked quickly to resolve them, which we appreciated. Overall, it’s a lovely resort with beautiful scenery, but some operational policies and logistical challenges affected our experience. With a few adjustments, this could be an even more enjoyable place to stay.

El hotel se ve nuevo, las habitaciones confortables. Pero el acceso y la playa mal. Hay que caminar mucho y está de bajada para llegar al único restaurante. Todo tiene horarios limitados. El bar hasta las 10 y no hay nada más qué hacer que irse a la habitación. La playa sí es exclusiva pero está llena de piedras. Lo padre es que aún se puede contemplar fauna silvestre, nos tocó ver una manada de Lemur cruzando la playa, hay muchas aves y cangregos en la playa. Pero muy pocos camastros. El personal no es muy atento. Salvo un mesero que salvo la atención.

En general muy bien, playa muy bonita, el personal SÚPER amable. Lo que no me gustó es que el wifi sólo esta en zonas comunes (y esto es alejado de las habitaciones, por lo que nunca tienes wifi en las habitaciones y la señal es muy débil de los proveedores de telefonía) y la otra es que se promocionan con bar y cocktelería "desde 9am" pero cuando pides te dicen que es hasta las 12pm que así dice su carta de bebidas sin embargo el archivo que mandan con los servicios del hotel dice desde 9am. Lo demás super bien

Coral Blue is a pretty nice hotel, average in my opinion, with some need to upgrade and improved maintenance. The room was clean and modern, AC and ceiling fan help at night. The food is average, but not bad. No other dining option from the daily buffet, unfortunately, and no restaurants nearby. Good selection of entrees, but not very imaginative, and pretty bland. Staff is awesome, very friendly and helpful, some speak a bit of English but all are eager to assist you and are patient if you can't quite make yourself understood. At Christmas this hotel is frequented mostly by Mexican families so it really felt like we were "in the thick of it". Very enjoyable. Great snorkeling on two private beaches, but watch for the tide and surge. Safe for kids near shore, excellent for confident swimmers a bit farther out. Bring lots of Pesos in smaller denominations as tips are not included. I had to go to town to find an ATM three times. Coral Blue is in the Huatulco National Park, and unless you have a car, you can't really get anywhere unless you call a taxi. They are cheap and quick though. On the property there is little else to do except lounging at the pool or beach, snorkeling and taking one of the three little kayaks for a spin around the bay. The home-made ping-pong table is okay if you are bored, and the pool table is challenging because it is lop-sided and broken in the middle. They have a spa but we did not try it.

Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas, las habitaciones son amplias y el personal es muy amable. Paisaje, comida, trato y habitación, todo muy bien

La habitación estaba muy bonita y bien cuidada, la atención del personal estuvieron muy atentos, la variedad de la comida estaba bien en la mañana y la tarde, en la noche faltaba a lo mejor algún tipo de chocolate caliente o café. A mi parecer el horario del bar debería estar hasta las 12, aunque a las 10:30 pues es muy corto. En general la experiencia estuvo muy bien. Volvería otra vez.

Hubo muchos aspectos por mejorar desde que llegamos y unos cuantos buenos aspectos. Por mejorar: 1. Señal de wifi: no llegaba a mi habitación y la explicación fue que era un hotel de descanso. Disculpen, pero esto se avisa de antemano. Además, en las zonas que si llegaba la señal, había ratos largos sin servicio. Es completamente inaceptable que se venda como un hotel con internet si no es funcional el servicio. 2. Había un hormiguero fuera de la habitación el cual reporte desde el primer día de estancia y fue retirado hasta el día de mi check out. 3. La alberca está en condiciones deplorables. Los azulejos fácilmente te abren la piel. 4. El código de vestimenta del restaurante parece que solo aplica a unos y a otros no. 5. El servicio todo incluido es por horario y solo en la zona de restaurante y alberca. En caso de querer algo para tu habitación, te cobran el servicio. Me parece que hay que ser claro con este punto y no ser engañosos. 6. Las bebidas de bienvenida son dos cervezas light y dos refrescos calientes, si deseas algo más es con costo. 7. Una vez hecho el el check out te piden pagar el servicio de bufete y barra libre. Tuve una mala experiencia ya que un empleado de la barra no me quiso servir hasta corroborar que hubiera pagado el servicio de nuevo. Tiempo más tarde me dijeron que hubo una confusión con otros huéspedes. Servicio deficiente. Las cosas positivas: La atención de estrella en el restaurante y don Mario en la barra. La calidad de los alimentos.

Me encantó el hotel, muy limpio, las instalaciones son hermosas, bastante grande e iluminado. Es verdad que para llegar al área de bufet y a las playas debes pasar por un puente enorme, sin embargo y a mi parecer es parte del atractivo del hotel. El único pero que le pongo es sobre el personal, en ocasiones desatentos, sobre todo una mesera en particular y un barista. Fuera de eso todo bastante bien, la comida deliciosa y las vistas preciosas.
