First off all make sure you pay the extra for cancelation ability!! Had a family emergency and they wouldnt give us a straight answer for days about a refund. So, instead of losing hundreds of dollars we had to stay there. Mind you it was a 6 hour drive there and when we got there our code to get in didnt work. We called them to see what was going on and they said we canceled our reservation. No, we asked if we did could we get a refund and they said that management would have to make that decision. Well, thank god after being on the phone with a great gentleman from south africa, we were able to get in. Room was ok. Needs to be painted and updated a bit. Blinds were broke, unsafe tiles on outside balcony, tp holder and towel rack was broke on wall, dirty on bottom of bed ect. Could pass as a decent motel. Parking was a nightmare. Really tight underneath the building. Man working there was nice enough to help. But be aware you have to walk a bit to get to outside entrance if using garage. If you are planning to visit Manhattan uber will be 45 to 80 bucks from hotel. Drivers i used are really nice though. Close to yankee stadium but there are cheaper places to get. Overall a c-. Would not stay there again as it seems profit over customer service when it comes to billing dept.
