Great no frills accommodation. I stayed in May 2023, it was brand new. Nice aircon, has a small fridge. Only complaint is that the pillows were the worst I have ever used. Would book again!

Good for a night or two!

It was a good short stay - the room was actually bigger than what I expected. The only downside is the outside of the area has a ton of trash everywhere - and you definitely can hear the students outside from your room - luckily they stopped being loud around midnight - but not sure how it would be like on the weekends. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Very clean room and the bed is comfy! Also very close to the center still - so a plus on that part!

Excellent location for city centre and public transport. Room service not fantastic. Had to ask for clean towels when room hadn't been cleaned. Typical student accommodation. There was very little room around the bed so one person needs to be very agile to get in and out of bed.

You Expedia Made a Mistake in Communications regarding the Reservation which also made the accommodation confused We have spent 3 hrs driving around to find out the proper place which was way further from the place we booked We tried to get in touch with Expedia but the connection failed when calling For me it’s the last time Expedia unless some form of compensation is offered

Location is quite mixed depressing area. Hard to find it. Some sort of similar to Spanish Harlem. Staff were all cool. The first checked room was gas leaking smell , air conditioner or room fan was broken so kept coming out the gas leaking smell from some where, and bad rotten water smell from bathroom and moved to another room but that room was also dirty and seemed no one cleaned up, turns of Miskito and dirty prints on the wall, shower bath room corner area were discussed also neiborhood noisy bother. Building painting colors were bright so would clean but when you looked at closer it wasn’t I don’t think it s reasonable price. But the room setting was quite clever.

El lugar es fantástico, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias, pequeñas pero con todo lo necesario. La ubicación inmejorable, a mano de todo para moverse a pie sin problema (sobre todo estaciones de tren y buses). La primera noche me dieron una habitación pegada al ascensor donde el ruido de los pasajeros era insoportable pero pusieron voluntad para luego cambiarme. La nueva habitación pese a estar cerca ya era silenciosa. Sin duda, volvería.

Pros: Ubicación inmejorable, trato de la chica de recepción muy muy bueno, contras:imposible acceder en coche,el GPS nos mandaba por direcciones prohibidas y tuvimos que dejar el coche a 10 minutos andando y cargados de maletas... Soggiorno piacevole e comodo per viaggiatori singoli Ho soggiornato a “Universitaria Resa Málaga Centro” per qualche giorno e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva. La camera è piccola ma ben organizzata, perfetta per un viaggiatore singolo. C’è tutto il necessario: asciugamani, prodotti per l’igiene, scrivania e una buona connessione Wi-Fi. Unico dettaglio da tenere a mente è che la pulizia viene effettuata ogni 3 giorni, ma è indicato chiaramente e il kit fornito permette comunque di gestirsi bene nel frattempo. Reception aperta 24 ore su 24, con personale cordiale e disponibile. Il check-in e check-out online sono stati rapidissimi, molto comodo per chi ha orari flessibili. La posizione è ottima: a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Málaga, quindi ideale per esplorare la città senza usare mezzi pubblici. Consigliato per chi cerca una sistemazione pratica, funzionale e ben posizionata.

Super séjour, l’accès au logement est facile puisqu’il se trouve à proximité de la ligne directe de l’aéroport et surtout très proche de la ville et de la plage. Pour ce qui est de la chambre en elle même, rien à redire si ce n’est simplement qu’il y a beaucoup trop de luminosité la nuit avec le couloir, la fenêtre et autres mais surtout il y a léger problème d’insonorisation.

Habitación básica pero con lo suficiente si solo deseas un sitio para descansar. Está muy cercana al centro de la ciudad, por lo que puedes ir andando al centro histórico. También a la estación de tren María Zambrano. Tiene una pequeña nevera en la habitación. Y armario suficiente para dejar las cosas.
