Quartos super limpos, funcionários super simpáticos e educados. Hotel bem organizado e bem estruturado a única parte ruim mesmo, é a garagem, é muito pequena, os carros ficam trancando outros, passei quase 2 horas pra um hóspede retirar o carro e eu poder sair com o meu, detalhe: ele nao estava no hotel eu tive que tirar o meu carro com muita ajuda, fastando caixa de água e institor que tinha lá. A garagem realmente é muito ruim, bastante apertado. Fui de carro eletrico, poderia incluir pra compensar uma tomada de 20A, todas as tomadas são de 10A. Fora isso, tudo o resto e perfeito, talvez deveria colocar uma salina de jogo pra entreter, mais não muda a qualidade do hotel, tirando a garagem, de fato foi muito boa a estadia, café da manhã é excepcional, funcionários e limpeza nao tem o que falar, são ótimos, quarto bem ampla e confortável a cama muito boa, e o banho é um ponto muito positivo, ja fui em resorts e nunca tomei um banho tão gostoso como esse. Realmente me surpreendi. Recomendo

A estrutura do hotel é boa, o atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo. Cama muito confortavel. Como ponto de melhoria: o blackout mecanico das janelas, não impede o sol de entrar no quarto, para pessoas que não dormem com facilidade, a entrada de luz atrapalha, deveriam substituir o veu da cortina por um blackout convencional. Pelo porte do hotel o café da manha poderia ter mais opções no geral, como exemplo poderia ter salgados, como coxinhas, pasteis, assados, etc. mais opçoes de frutas e bolos.

Eu mesma fiz a reserva de dois quartos. Ao chegar, fizemos check in e ao verificar os 2 quartos, percebi que eles era de tamanho e estrutura totalmente diferentes. Paguei o mesmo valor igual e mesma configuração, mas a outra família ficou com um quarto bem maior, com janelão e vista privilegiada e banheiro bem mais amplo. Injusto demais, sendo o mesmo preço. Outra coisa que me deixou bem chateada foi que no primeiro dia de café da manhã não estavam servindo omeletes e tapiocas porque tiveram um problema no gás, mas nada dfrente ou a mais foi oferecido para compensar. E, por último, no Sábado à noite, parte do meu grupo foi para pizzaria e eu voltei para o hotel com 3 crianças e perguntei se o restaurante aceitava pedido, pois estava cansada e não iria jantar com o grupo fora. O atendente me respondeu que sim, que estava aberto e eu poderia ligar do quarto. Ao ligar, a atendente informou que só estava saindo SOPA apenas. As crianças não tomam sopa, o grupo já tinha saído e fomos todos dormir com fome.
