Everything was fine except for the shuttle service to and from the airport, which is kind of key because getting to and from the airport was the reason I picked this hotel. From the airport I waited in the designated area for an hour only to learn that the UNMARKED van had been there twice and I had missed it and had to take a cab. I was clearly in the correct location, but every other van and bus were marked on the outside with hotel names and the Hilton only had a card in the dashboard. They picked up in an area away from the main loading area, and made no announcement or effort to check with those who were waiting. They compensated for the inconvenience and the cab fare with a free glass of wine and breakfast voucher. From the hotel to airport the next morning, they had taken reservations and the shuttle I booked was oversold by 10 people. So again, I had to wait, 20 minutes this time, a little stressful when heading out for an international flight, and then take a taxi (paid for by Hilton). An airport hotel needs to do better.
