We checked in around midnight after a long day of travel 🧳 ✈️. They e keys didn't work and had to reprogrammed, the sheets were missing from the bed in a bag for the king suite pull out couch, the phone didn't work to call down, we just went to bed. The next morning I went down to breakfast around 915am and there was no yogurt, mix for waffles, or bowls for cereal out. I had the scrambled eggs and sausage which was terrible and rubbery. I trashed it and went back up to get ready. No hot water. I had to call the front desk from my cell phone and go through a maze of prompts, got the front desk and she said she would send up maintenance. They came up, nice guys, we had a chat and they said they had plumbing issues. They ran the water in all faucets until a pop happened then the hot water came through. This is not the type of stay I expected for Springhill suites where I've stayed at many times in different states. The front desk lady was indifferent and said to deal with Expedia. $27 parking fee was high too. For $140 bucks they can do better
