Enjoyed a nice weekend stay. Our room was quiet and well located. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Finishes in the bathroom were starting to show wear. We had to run the AC the whole time we were there to keep the room cool. Appreciated having the market nearby - had pizza one night and coffee one morning there.

Cute property of 40 rooms. Great staff. GREAT location. Close enough to Avila Beach to walk via a great trail, close enough to SLO to make quick trips to Trader Joe's for wine and snacks. Far enough from Avila Beach to be a quiet refuge away from crowds of tourists. No in-room coffeemaker or microwave, but they have fresh coffee in the beautiful lobby and a shared microwave on the upstairs lobby. Good sized in-room refrigerator. The restaurant at the other end of the complex is great as well.

Room was amazingly quiet and clean. Our room had a jetted tub but we did not splurge for the one with the private hot tub. Might do that next time as they have no pool/hot tub on site otherwise. Parking was limited during the gym/spa hours but eased up at evening/night. The nearby market/restaurant was surprisingly delicious. We’ll be back for sure.

Very nice inn, to be able to use the athletic club amenities, you need to book direct through the in. They do offer bikes for the trail. Room was clean and the fireplace was nice. Didn’t make the room too hot. Bathroom was big and spacious. Would go back.
