The hotel was clean. There is a sign on the front door saying they demand you to wipe your muddy or wet feet. The wording was a little off putting

Room was clean but very bare bones- it didn't have a microwave. There was a dirty sock from another guest under the bed. It smelled smokey, but was a non smoking room, and when the air conditioner was turned on it gave off a fried chicken smell. Beds were hard.

We had 2 rooms. Neither room was as clean as they should be. The unacceptable concern we had was in one room there was a dirty bandaid on the window seat and dried blood on the pillow and pillow case. The front staff was not friendly. We would not recommend this hotel.

The room was clean, comfortable, well-stocked. and The staff was courteous and efficient, and they went out of their way to help. When an older guest in a nearby room had issues in the middle of the night, the staff responded quickly to assist him and get him the help he needed.

The stay was unsatisfactory. Towels were not replaced and expecting to use 2 bath towels for our whole stay was ridiculous. Trash bags were not replaced and cleaning of the rooms was not done during our stay. I will never stay here again

We were there for work. Very few breakfast options and the person at the front desk offered to upgrade my room for the week for 50 cash, we wanted a refrigerator so we did it but it seemed a bit shady.

Nice place for the money.. had the Queen suite and was nicely designed, had sink and microwave,fridge that seperated the bedroom area from living room≥ Very clean and quiet. Only cons are the lighting is super bright by the bed would be nice to have a lamp. And as many haver said the breakfast was very lacking in substance

Poor outlet situation. Only one, ticked away under the bedside table which was hated reach - should have been above and waaay to reach. God thing I brought a power step /extension cord. Per friendly, but dogs barking in the hall, which I get is not the hotel's fault, but the eagles are thin.

I was here for personal business and found the hotel quiet and convenient. The outside of the building could use some TLC but the room was clean and had a nice amount of space (I had a queen suite). They were struggling with snow removal in the parking lot so it was a little slippery by some exit doors. I could have used a different parking space that was more clear but I chose the other one for convenience. Overall a nice stay and I would choose the property again.
