Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.. Check in was simple. The room was clean except for the carpet, which desperately needed shampooing, There were several small cosmetic repairs that need done but all in all, the room was nice. Air conditioner worked great. Would definitely stay there again for the price.

Best stay for older folks

The management called after reading my request for certain assistants for older folks, like us. The room was clean and smelled fresh, did not smell of pet odor, which pleased me since we had our two dogs with us. It was very quiet our while 3 day stay, no unnecessary outside noise. We plan to stay there on our next trip to Lincoln, Nebraska.

I've stayed here before to save money, and I realized that this was an old property with some long-term residents. This time my expectations were more realistic and I was pleasantly surprised. The gentleman at the desk where I registered was incredibly hospitable, and the room was clean and had everything a solo traveler would need. I brought along a "noise" machine that masked exterior noises which was helpful considering the main railroad tracks just across a busy highway next to the hotel. I had no problems as a result, but it is a noisy neighborhood so be aware. I saved a ton of money, and I would stay there again - and I will.

I was in room 202 and it was very clean. The property is well maintained with minimal trash outside. I will definitely stay there again. The area is a bit noisy due to the intersection and the trains passing by but that is not the fault of the hotel. The breakfast offered was minimal ( honeybun, coffee, and a piece of fruit) but for the price and cleanliness, I’d definitely recommend staying here.
