Hotel staff all very welcoming and helpful. They organised a private tour for us around Casablanca to see the lighthouse, Hussain II Mosque. Hotel food and amenities were excellent, we were given a room facing the sea with a balcony, really beautiful. Motel was in a nice area with a beautiful view, dining was good and place was clean, we had a small issue with water leaking and staff rectified immediately. Walls are very thin though and as other reviews showed has low pressure and doesn’t remain consistent with temperature but was still ok. One minor issue at the end I had extra money debited from my credit card although we’d paid in full receptionist denied that the hotel had done this despite me showing her my account and the transaction.
