The hotel itself was fine. However, one of the reasons I booked it was that it said it had 24-hour shuttle service, and I needed to catch an early morning flight. Once I got to the hotel, I saw that it had changed and was now offered from 6 AM to about 10:30 PM. That was fine and when I went to the front desk a few minutes after 6 I was told that there was no one there to do this. The woman at the front desk was all alone. Finally, she got the manager on the phone, and he said I would have to take a Lyft or Uber. I would then have to get Lyft to give me a receipt and mail it to him. Thats a lot of trouble for a few dollars. If the hotel is having trouble offering this service, they should ither stop advertising it or subcontract with Uber or Lyft. Not much money but a terrible customer service experience.
