The room was supposed to be a premium, standard smelled as soon as you opened door. Roaches in the room, and no towels were supplied. Front office only open from 11-7, but no one there at 5. Just keep driving to next hotel, pictures are deceiving.

All of the above did not go well. I had RED on the online site that the penalty for not keeping the week reservation was that I would be charged for one evening. So after I made the reservation, my apartment became available that I signed the lease on that day. So the next morning I checked out at 8:30 AM because I had a 9 AM interview and was planning to move to my new apartment. So I contacted Hotels.com and they could not get a hold of the in town suites because there is no one on duty until 11 AM. When they were contacted, eventually, they refused to credit me for the remaining six days which I did not stay there. Also, in the middle of the night, it was some large bug crawling on a bag ahead on the kitchen table. Anyway, I vowed I would not stay there again. Needless to say, I would never recommend this to anyone, not to mention giving it a one star rating because it was not a zero available. You will be taking your life in your own hands by staying at a place like this.

Not worth it.

The upkeep of the hotel was not the best. The first room that was shown to us had a weird cigarette smell. We informed the front desk to switch to a new room. It was so bad, my partner and I had to sleep in our car for the night. Anyway, the next room was infested with bugs and roaches. Finally, the third room wasn’t much better, but it was tolerable enough for us to only sleep there and that’s it. Would not recommend to book here. FYI: There are nonrefundable.
