The worst hotel experience I ever had. I requested for another room but another room was exactly the same, it is horrible. Unbearable bathroom - the rusty shower was broken, I couldn’t clean my body well for three days. Since you didn’t have the key and needed to ring the the bell in order to get in the door. One nights I kept knocking and calling the phone lasted 20 mins out the door at 12am and no one was on the front desk. I just stood out there and nothing more I could do. Every one before reserves this hotel should read all the comments, every thing people left is real, don’t think it is just exception.

Hotel perfeito é muito bem localizado. O assoalho estava um pouco ruim mas NADA que atrapalhe a estadia. O elevador é um pouco apertado e tem 4 degraus entre ele e o quarto, oque dificultaria se fôssemos pessoas com dificuldade de mobilidade. Não era O nossso caso então foi perfeito. Atendentes bons, limpeza excelente e sempre trocavam as roupas de cama.

Hotellet er rigtig godt placeret og personalet er super flinke. Men der er meget lydt! Man kan hører cyklerne udenfor til trods for at vinduerne er lukkede og man kan følge med i hvad dem ved siden af i det andet hotelværelse har gang i.

Hotell med bra läge, i centrum men ändå lite avsides. Hotellet är gammalt men helt ok för några nätter till en ok summa. Lyhört! Behöver du tyst omkring dig är detta inte att rekommendera, det är mycket ljud från gatan utanför hela natten. Slitet, parketten utanför toaletten saknade några stavar.

This hotel is good for its location, close to piazza Navona, Spanish steps, fountain the Trevi! It has a specific smell though, that’s why just have to take a shower and go to bed. Stuff is very welcoming and friendly, eager to help out with any questions!

Katastrophal! Heruntergekommen und altes "Hotel" das müffelt und schmitzig ist! Schimmelt an jedem Ecken! Die Fotos auf der Homepage sind nicht die richtigen. Anzahl Sternen stimmen auch nicht. Vor Ort hat es nur zwei Sterne und nicht drei Tipp: Würde ich nicht Buchen!!

We decided to stay in the place for just one night last minute. After seeing the reviews we considered the risk and decided a “pleasant” stay at as worth it. However upon our arrival we experienced a broken shower head, a broken ac and short circuiting lights. This kept us up until 1:30 am when we decided to seek help from the front desk. They came to our room and were extremely unhelpful, they unsuccessfully pressed a few buttons on the ac and called it a night. When we were upset and requested another room as the lights keep switching on and off until 1:30am the front desk man on duty simply walked away from us and told us to take it up with the people in the morning. We discussed it with them the following morning and they told us they would not refund us and that we had to take it up with Expedia. Upon requesting the refund through Expedia we have been met with equal difficulty. The Expedia team has called the location multiple times only to say the hotel said we “agreed upon” not paying the city tax and was on our way. Not only was this not communicated to us but it was also said that we must handle our refund though Expedia not the hotel. Only to find that once we’ve checked out the money goes to the hotel and they decide to refund us or not. It’s been a god awful back and forth and we are unlikely to see our money back. This establishment is dirty doesn’t work and has live wires coming from the wall not to mention the abysmal service they have to offer their clients.

Pretty bad experience. No blankets on the bed, we slept cold all night under a single thin sheet. Bathroom and shower are very small.
